I'm not really a fan of the color scheme myself, but bollocks to your "it'll help destroy the community" statement - you literally have no idea what you're talking about. These forums have prospered for coming up to a year now. Your observation of color scheme isn't going to start it's rapture.

As much as I agree, it's probably not gonna happen seeing as it'd require the map developers to go back and revise all of Chernarus... something that would take a vast amount of time.

I think what with it being set with the breakdown of all government and general normal vibes of a functioning society, the real currency would be trade. That would probably be more valuable than any form of token.

I have always thought that there should be some kind of cable-tie restraint available. To be fair though, it isn't essential because you can easily just make the person surrender all their weapons and items, and take them hostage that way.

I'd help - if I thought I'd been spotted, I'd do a bit of reccy first to make sure I wasn't about to get facef*cked by a DMR. Traps aren't that common, but I'm still pretty cautious! -
If this got implemented, no-one would let you get close enough before you attack them; making it null and void. I mean, no-one walks up to you to kill you point blank do they!

I don't, but I can understand why people would. It's very intimidating if you're met by a tooled-up ghillie-rockin' survivor. My reaction is run away usually. Whilst I personally would rock a ghillie suit only for stealth purposes, there's a horrible association with them and banditry. That's why I either leg it or just hide as they pass. -
Do you reckon we'll be able to store Rotor Assembly Kits in there?

You wouldn't draw water from a well using a bucket with a hole... Fix the helicopter before you top it up with gas. It's a mechanic in place for all helicopters.

As much as I like the idea, you've got the problem of different seasons occuring all over the world simultaneously, so you'd need to decide which seasonal transition to follow... Additionally, if you decide to make it something that is decided in terms of the player's physical location, and specific to that individual, then what you're suggesting means the guy you've teamed up with, in say.. Australia, would suffer the negetive effects of winter there whilst you're experiencing the summer effects.. I hope that makes sense. I can ramble like a motherfucker at times. -
A fast vault you're able to perform whilst running will solve all the problems that jumping would... without the Garry's Mod vibe. Just saying...

In future man, always download updates to DayZ mod code or ArmA from the trusted vendors - ArmAII website, DayZ Commander, PlaywithSix, etc. If you have technical issues, shout it in here and people are generally more than happy to help. -

Yeah, unless the ship had a little internal dock for boat mooring, I'd assume air would be the only entry point. Also, I didn't know they were replacing the Utes airfield with a prison! -

It's kinda why I offered multiple scenarios as to why it was still there. It's detracting from the point of the carrier being something that could add another exciting location for people to discover and scavenge.
