How much damage does the Makarov do? I fought a bandit in close-quarters, he shot me first with a Makarov. I took at least three or four hits at point-blank range, and still managed to turn around and put him down with my Enfield. And afterwards I'm relatively unscathed, aside from blood loss. So my question is, how many shots does it take to kill a player with the Makarov? I'd like to know how much i survived by. And also, do I get humanity points for killing bandits, especially in self-defense? Thanks :D

It mostly depends on your personal preference. Personally, I play a lone wolf, and I usually join a lowly populated server when I newly spawn, and join more populated ones as the quality of my equipment increases. But strangely enough I have had few encounters with other players.

I'm new, and just wondering. I currently have an AKM with 5 mags and a Glock 17 with 4, and that seems a bit much to me. Suggestions?
