I was banned yesterday in what seems to be a streak of innocent bannings. I saw other posts about it and decided to take the day off figuring that all would be righted. I decided today I should send them an email. When I tried to log into a server to get my Battleye Ban ID # I was able to connect to a server I normally play on. So it seems I have been unbanned. note: I had not sent the email to try and get the ban reversed. So it seems they automatically did it. I was then able to connect to another server. I tried because I wanted to make sure Battleye wasn't just disabled or something on the first server. Funny thing about that was, I logged in and found a vehicle that doesn't spawn in DayZ. It was a modern day SUV. I drove it to the top of a mountain with some trees and saved it and logged out. lol I plan on waiting a day or two so I don't get falsely banned again. This whole situation is kind of silly. Hacks run rampant and EVERY day my friends and I play we encounter hackers who either teleport to us or teleport us to them or send us to the Thunderdome, or just kill us instantly. These things ruin the whole DayZ experience. I understand the limiting nature of the Arma engine and what Battleye can do, but with these things so abundant it really does sour the WHOLE experience. You are either forced to play on low population servers(which you still might run into hacks) OR you must run the higher risk of a higher population server. As I play for the PvP aspect of the game, lower population servers just don't fit my game style. I have come to accept deaths as part of the game, but I can't help but feel cheated when I die to a hacker. The only thing that makes up for the unfair loss of items is OTHER huge bugs in the game. DUPING! Clans set up camps on servers and just dupe the hell out of items. I happen to know where a few are. So when I lose my items to a hacker(which is 90% of my deaths) I just go to these camps and gear back up. I know I am part of the problem. Using these camps is game breaking, but I assume some day I'll get bored of that and start re-gearing legitimately whenever I die. I still enjoy the rush this game gives me when I encounter another hostile player, but I hope in the near future some of these HUGE problems will be fixed. Let's keep our fingers crossed that I don't get banned again.

server is us 1598 hosted by joebyrd and friends. His name is JK This happened around 3:05 pst My buddy's and I have a helicopter and we were flying around. We landed in Berezino to get some fuel. As I was going to a tank a guy spawned close to me. I believe he had a g35s or whatever that hacked gun is. He stood still so I pumped him full of a magazine. At this point it was obvious he was hacking because he didn't show any sign of damage. I ran back into the helicopter. We took off, my buddy was driving, I shot him a bunch of times with the gun(sorry don't know the name) on the side. He then proceded to shoot me out of the side. I died. It's kind of silly that these things ran rampant. It really ruins the game. He still seems to be on the server. Edit: He continues to teleport to basically wherever we take the helicopter.

The thermal scope is op on it, specially when on servers without name plates. You can guarantee that whoever has it will spot players faster than anyone else. I do think in the current state of the game it is OP... but this is because almost EVERY server has some camp where its being duped to hell and ANYONE can get 1. This gun is supposed to be rare, but due to dupes its pretty common. Rare overpowered items are ok as long as they stay rare. This gun doesn't make you invincible. It's actually very hard to shoot people with it and kill them just because most people combat log and it isn't a 1 shot kill. So, unless you're good at hitting moving targets that are 600m away, it's very hard to kill people when it actually matters. Forget about this gun in close range combat. What I normally do is spot people with it, then switch to my as50 for the kill. In short, if the gun becomes rare it wont be an issue.

Looks like he has a weapon that you can only get through hacks, so most likely, BUT, I don't think hacks can increase your ability to move and shoot(but I may be wrong.) The weapon he has is a g36c sd I believe... not 100% sure. But either way, that gun can only be obtained by hacking it into the game or finding it because a hacker dropped it.

Of course, someone would ruin the fun! Hacker sent everyone to the Thunderdome.....

I don't need a motorcycle anymore so I left it on the side of the road on server US 485 It needs 1 tire though, that's it! This is not a bait, but proceed with caution as others might try and camp it. Please, leave this for a noob who wants to play around with a motorcycle, there's nothing of value in it. Hope someone has fun with it! Location is north of Pusta, east of Mogilevka across the street from the larger lake. Coords are 086 105 or something like that. Enjoy! REMEMBER! BRING A TIRE!

Unfortunately, I was in too much shock to catch his name lol. I about died of laughter when it happened.

=) woops! Time to change my name, I just don't want this guy to track me down using dayz commander if hes a hacker.

Because with it, this story wouldn't be possible! So, I died(got sniped qq) on the west side near a vehicle that I was trying to repair with a buddy. When I spawned, it was a TERRIBLE spawn point way on the east. Not a single zombie in sight to give me a good respawn. So I decided to trek up the side of a mountain to find a zombie to kill me so I could respawn. All of the sudden I see a guy in a Ghillie running at me. Of course, he shot me. Put me in shock, made me bleed. But he only shot me once. So I yelled at him. I said, "Kill me, I got a crappy spawn and I don't want to be here." What does he do? He comes up to me and starts bandaging me. Well, here's where it gets interesting. I decided SCREW THIS GUY! I opened his pack, took out his AS50 he had inside and shot him. One shot, one kill. This guy had EVERYTHING. See picture for more details *note: When I logged into a dif server, ALL the ammo was gone(please fix that!) Take notice of my 1 bandit kill with 0 zombie kills lol. Now the G36C SD is obviously not supposed to be in the game. Also, I've never seen Satchel Charges. Am I going to get into trouble for having it? Should I just drop all the satchel charges and gun?
