Items respawn every 10 minutes after looted if there is no one within 150m of the zone, if someone enters the radius the timer gets reset

NVGS / GPS / RANGEFINDER, got one of each spare after looting heli crash sites, I'm willing to trade 1 of them for a guillie suit, PM if interested :). Well, seeing that antibiotics are rare and if you get ill its a pain in the ass, I'm looking to trade them for something rare you might have spare. Anything from NVGS to a sniper rifle, whatever :D
