What part of DON"T MOVE don't people understand. It means if you point your gun at me I will shoot you. Don't look at me, don't spin around, don't change weapons. Just start typing or talking. I have been killed by way too many bandits to play it nice anymore. In real life I'd be dead already. I have a few buddies that I trust and that's it. It's not a democracy or a civilization, it's DayZ. The only goodwill is earned and you get what you deserve if you're not careful. I like the bloody clothes idea. Then add in the feature that you can clean yourself up at a water source and 60 seconds, not just a canteen. -
Some people like me don't have music on. I don't walk on the streets, hike or ride the bus with it on. I certainly wouldn't while trying to survive. I'd rather see contributions to skins/models/buildings/zombies/weapons.

In the end there's two options, get killed, or submit to a "looting". Worth a try. But I'd also like to see a quick evasive left or right at the last minute to give the fainter another chance to get back at the attacker. Situation one, runner gets hit with one bullet and decides to FD. He gets shot a couple more times and dies, body gets looted. Situation two, runner gets hit with one bullet and FD. Shooter walks up carefully and loots body, runner decides not to move. Situation three, runner gets hit, FD. Shooter tells the fallen to not move or they will be killed. Body looted. Situation four, runner gets hit, FD, preps for evasive last minute ground move. Shooter is careless and walks up, Evasive maneuver works, and shooter is now bleeding or lucky shot to the head kills them.

I've jumped servers in the past, glad they fixed it. Agree with fists or a bat to start with. Even with the ax, there's still a .5 chance you'll get hit. Fix that. Gamma should be a server option. But night vision should be increased a little. Wouldn't it be interesting if hardware gamma was connected to the game? We'll never get an agreement on this topic.

My experience has been 50/50. Not broken or wrong, just the way people are. I always try to say FRIENDLY multiple times before shooting. If they are stupid enough to point the gun at me I shoot. If they respond, we chat and move on. Also had the pleasure of being treated by a [TWM] medic Dubwub. -

Dubwub was gracious enough to drop what he was doing to help a player out. He didn't want anything in return, but I knew that already. Doesn't hurt to offer. -

Short suggestion: groups of roving zombies in the forest. Currently being in the forest is basically a sanctuary. The chances of seeing other people is low and we all know we won't see any zombies. But if they could travel around it would take the intensity up a notch. -
It would take BI to make the changes. I would like to see some doors that have to be taken down in order to enter. This modification on the main Arma 2 game will increase realism for both Arma and Dayz. Hopefully someone has already thought of this and is addressing the issue with BI. Otherwise the Dayz developers would have to release new buildings and delete Arma buildings. Why don't we knock it out with one step. I'm sure if people volunteered their time and submitted them to BI they could just release it as a patch in the future for all of us. Statistical numbers will have to be adjusted for the increased number of spawn spots, no biggie, still a survival game.
