Mid game my screen goes black and says Receiving and then gets stuck in a loop and never goes back to normal. I have to close out and restart. Any ideas? Graphics are down already.

With the servers it is my understanding that east coast us servers run on east coast time. Is there any east coast servers that have adjusted times or flipped times? I will be playing mostly at night as that is when I am free and would like to experience more day time play. Thanks.
