It's easy when you roll with a group of about 20 on Teamspeak all operating in the same area. As it stands right now you can't trust someone that you just come across so only clans and communities outside of the game really get the experience of having a real survivor group that works together. -

Not sure why the loot not spawning is inconsistent.

I have been having problems with the latest patch and not seeing any loot or zombies in towns that I walk into. I talked with other people on the server and they have been having the same problems. Edit: it seems like backpacks don't despawn. Edit2: Also you pick up the razor wire but you don't get it into your inventory? that's kind of shitty when you are trying to get the placement correct. Also sandbags should be more common. Edit3: Also repacking your tent puts it on the ground in front of you but it is impossible to pick it up into your inventory.

PVP - Spawn Points and Safe havens

I had a clan mate steal a few of our vehicles for no reason besides just to drive them into the water, it's the internet and this mod is cutthroat. -
What I'm suggesting is the same as weapons, essentially you get the better stuff farther inland.

I have a few questions and concerns with how the vehicles spawn/work in the new update. 1. Is it a script that spawns them in random locations? 2. I noticed after a few of us searched the north immediately after the patch and searched all the "hot" spots and there are no vehicles in the north are of the map. Also I noticed several "new" players finding boats and cars and even a helicopter down near cherno/elektro which they immediately tried to fly and crashed due to no tail rotor. Why place all the vehicle spawns down south where they are less likely to be used correctly due to newer players getting their hands on them and destroying them?

It's funny to see posts from people who see a car, or repair a car and think they are experts on vehicles in this mod. -
Yes due to a server restart even though I had been sitting on the ground with it for 30 minutes it just went poof. It would be nice if the DayZ staff could give it back seeing as how long it took us to get it working and that we were very organized in its deployment. I don't think they could though so all the helicopters on my server are gone for good until they add more.
