Why the hell would the server be banned? It's not because people hack in the server that the server should get banned and the reason why US 1347 is getting hacked a lot is because it's a popular server.

You can't do this, once a player presses alt-f4, it stops sending packages to the the server/database, there's nothing the server can do about that

I'm assuming you have Arma 2 and Operation arrowhead seperatly, try copying your "Addons" folder from Arma 2 and pasting it in the Arma 2 -Operations Arrowhead directory

Yeah it's kinda ment as a punishment for ALT+F4'ing or server hopping but it has flaws, it can get trigerred when you get kicked and stuff like that
