I am not looking to join some clan that recruits on every single post they see. I would like to find a few guys to join a random server with, create a base and just have some crazy adventures. Name: My real life name is Andrew, My IGN is Nimz41 Age: I am currently 17 years old Maturity: I would consider myself mature but I am not a very serious person at the same time. I am very easy going and love to just have fun but I can do it in a smart and mannerly way. Experience: I have been playing Dayz since it first came out but on and off as most players do. I would say I have 8-12 months of experience between different mods. Skills: I have basic knowledge of about every skill in the game due to the amount of time I have played. I specialize in spotting, assault rifles, small squad tactics and driving. Im starting to tear up :( That is an amazing story, in all my experiences of both the Dayz Mod and Standalone I don't think i've ever ran across someone that would go to that extend of killing me. Hey everyone! I am looking for a small clan to play Epoch with. I am not totally against playing Standalone as well but I have been in the mood for Epoch recently. I have been playing since a few months of Dayz Release, I mainly play as a marksman ( M4A1 CCO is my main gun) but I am an experienced driver, spotter and a decent pilot. I took a bit of a break from Dayz after the Standalone first came out but now I am back in and loving it more then ever. What im looking for is a small close clan that love to have fun and just play Dayz. If you are interested just add me on Skype @ Animzy

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure PC gaming is bigger the console gaming? You're right it probably could be transfered over to consoles but theres no point. This game was a mod based off of ARMA, I believe they will stick to their roots. If you do a little research you will discover there are quite a few zombies games coming to the consoles, why don't you check those out.

Did you download ACR? I have yet to ever seen that through my experiences with Arma I just knew that was a mod to my understanding. My next guess would to go into your steam library, right click on your game and one of the options should allow you to check and make sure everything was installed correctly. After that I do not know anything else to help you with! I am very sorry, best of luck! If you do get it working, message me and I'd love to play with you!

I played Dayz for a long time and I always used Commander. I got a new computer and kept trying to do it through "Start Download" and It never worked and I rage quit and didn't play dayz for months XD I'm pretty sure everyone trys to do that

Have you open and ran both versions of Arma?

I STRONGLY recommend you find someone one the forums to play with. The first few weeks of playing Dayz was HORRIBLE for me because I felt alone and had no idea what I was doing. I say find someone with just basic information, get on skype and just talk and learn together. Dayz is a game about the players, not the zombies. If you find someone you like and you can count on no matter what it makes the game a whole different story. Thats my advice, if you have any questions feel free to message me!

If you are on a server that sells stuff you are either playing Epoch or a custom server. If you are playing on a custom server, most likely but I am not sure. If you are playing on an Epoch server, yes there are a few places where you can buy food. They will be posted on the map!

Okay Im pretty sure there use to be a way that you could kill yourself and restart back at the coast. I think there should be a way that you can do this without accidently doing it. Such as a button in the options list where it asks a few times to make sure you want to do this. There should also be like a limit on how often you can do this. I thought of this because I thought it would be interesting to go check out the end of the world and I am now stuck out there trying to get myself killed by hunger and thirst

Just from my experience on the forums, I have seen a lot of these suggestions. I know for a fact some mods have added in the older rifles and tazers. The air rifle idea I dont know how I feel about but there is a crossbow already in the game. Thats just a few of my little opinion. Nice post though

If this is a must be requirement that is understandable, but if you are able to give me a chance and let me play with you guys you'll realize it doesnt matter that much. I have been playing Dayz for about 9 months, I have been playing Origins for about 3. I am not too familiar with Raid Call but I can learn how to use it.
