How exactly are you going to tell bandits from survivors?

With both sides providing sniper cover, that's not as easy as it sounds. EDIT: Actually, this whole operation sounds pretty fun and would lend me and my pal a purpose in the game. Let me know if you still want people to help establish your trading depot.

Couldn't find any other topics on this, so here goes. I know that loot and zombies don't spawn/delayed spawn when the player is traveling in a vehicle and no other players are nearby. What I'm wondering though, is whether other vehicles spawn when you are already in one? If I grab a bicycle or small car and go scouting through all the common vehicle spawns, do I need to get out of the car and wait around for a few minutes?

I'm pretty sure the cardboard boxes around the choppers are the same medical boxes that you find in hospitals, i.e. no ammo inside. It was most likely a hack.
