Graphical Artifacts are gone for me, thx rocket :)!

I haven't been able to play the game since 1.7.2.4 because of the artifacts, I'm getting really tired of this, I've tried everything, so I decided to wait for 1.7.2.5, but 3 days after the planned release date it's still not here, yes, I know its planned, but its really frustrating for all people who cant play around ANY military areas, so basically we cannot get any good guns, since they are military loot, I understand its Alpha, but its just really annoying when you enjoy the game and want to play, but you can't just because of some stupid graphical glitch. Isn't there a possibility to release a hotfix for the graphical artifacts? I've been waiting to play for like 6 days now, all I can do is run around in the woods.

Np :) I just wanna play, I understand this game is in Alpha, but its just frustrating if you can't play :(

+1, Nothing works for me except sometimes changing my video settings, and that isn't permanent either

Nah,I've tried all this: Flush Scenecomplexity Randomly playing around with my video settings (seems like the only thing that works sometimes) Change shadow value Go into map, alt-tab, go out of map Rebooting computer Rebooting the game Let steam search for missing files Cant thinkof anything more, but I'm sure I did try some more things.

That's hard when your main focus is around those areas, especially playerkillers

I've got the same problem, can hardly play with those artifacts :L Can't play till the patch releases

If you bought it on steam, run both games once, then try again :) Steam still has to make some files, which are created by running ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: OA
