  5. True banditry is much more fun than faggotry. organized bandit squads are what is exciting, but the, "I'm a l337 cherno sniper on top of building with my en field" mentatilty is gay first step in reducing banditry is server community and organisation
  6. Imagine if you could make your own little mad-max car, by putting scrap metal on the car slows it down but makes it resistant to bullets. Heavy MGs on the back of Hiluxes
  7. i just hope this game becomes more sandboxy player towns crafting bigger map if rocket gives the community tools, the community will use them. people want to build stuff but there is no point in a fort if a server hopper can render all of your time spent 100% moot.

    A case for "classic" Zeds

    I like how zombies are now. They should walk in buildings, makes them much more manageable, esp. combined with their spidey senses. If the old detection raidus was back, let them run in buildings. What would the point be? Just farming for beans in Cherno? Make it easier for people to group and give them more reasons to group. Give support to people who are trying to build banks and trading posts so that the in-game community actually divides into suriviors and bandits. People will shoot on sight aren't bandits, just cautious. If you let them throw caution to the wind, maybe there will be more big groups forming. Player made towns,stores,armies etc. Would be sweet if someone ran a server that eventually factionlized and armies competed against each other for resources.

  13. Sadly you can't trust anyone. Now of course if you are in TS or Mumble you can treat them with caution unless they are your friends, online or IRL.

  17. Also remember the complete lack of ammunition in most cases. Many times I've found a common gun with no ammo also no food lolol
  18. I think the weapons should be standardized. Colt 45s , either AK74 or M16 variant for Exterior guards DMRs or M14 AIMs for Outpost guards Ferry captains and guards should carry shotguns and PDWs for self defense. Choose between AK mag weapons or STANAG AK74 variants might be a bit better because Ak74u is a bit common , moreso then Mp5
  19. Cool food becomes rare(er) It is non-existent, I looked everywhere for some beans.
  20. I think that Two Urals and 2 cars for two scavenging groups would be a good idea. Ural parks outside , one guards both the truck and the car , while the scavenging group hits up the grocery stores, factories, and other places. I don't think it would be cost effective to hit every barn and every open building. The Ural's could fill up pretty quickly with lots of mid tier loot which would be the best for trading. The Urals drop off items at a random point, unload, the receiver drives off to the "bank" TBH, if Heli's worked they would meet the columns and be filled up and fly off to whatever point is the storage site.

  22. Really the best thing now to do is to get a TS meeting together. Identify the who, what, when, where items. Get the people broken down the groups, get a loose Chain of Command going so that gathering of supplies can happen. Really hesitant to start this with the only form of contact being this forum and our steam group.
  23. Really tbh my only pet peeve with the patch is the zombie aggro range. It can get pretty ridiculous. I'd suggest to try the zombies in Zombie Survival Guide, slow yet call their friends in a block radius to try and overwhelm you. or keep everything and make the slow crawl = 0,0 and the fast crawl = 1,1 (sound,sight)
