just playing devils advocate, but it is not our IP that we are playing with. if i hop onto jnwp's clan/guild site and start up with racial/sexual/FSM epitaphs would i not be banned instantly? why? it's the interwebs! i should be able to do what i want! till you run into something you don't agree with.at that point and time, you "own" it and you can do anything you want. i'll be honest, i definitely agree with your qualms, jnwp. but with a game like this? how do you do it without having "the hoard" denegrate the whole experience? how do you prevent a group from locking down a server and grabbing everything? simple answer, deny all. and i agree with the dev's. it's what we are working with, as of now. you have a choice. either spend your money and run a server or not. c/n: it ain't our game... we have no say. and that's good. -
