They're quite strict there. Also report the error in detail and everything you've tried so far. BIS are in direct communication with BE so they might be more helpful than me right now.

Try running CMD as admin and from there run step 2.

I'm going to answer your PM in here as it might help other people. So you got Arma2 working. Does OA works as well? If yes, go here: http://www.battleye.com/download.html and download BE Client for Windows (32-bit). Place the .dll file in your OA folder under Extension/Expansion (can't remember the name) and BattlEye folder. You should have the same filename there. Also be aware if anyone PMs you and offer a fix in form of a file (.exe, .bat or whatever) or a link, don't click it. If you run it, it will steal your key. Only DL files from official sites.

Did you DL any "helpful" files for Dayz? Seems to like you have something stealing your keys and you suspect it happened when you DL'ed a free *** from youtube that didn't work.

Well, there's your problem then. Make sure A2 and OA works before trying the mod.

Well if you both A2 and OA runs fine you're on the final stretch. :) I suggest DLing Dayz Commander and using that to install Dayz. Uninstall Dayz first though. Edit: One thing since you're new. If anyone ever offers you a fix here or on YouTube in the means of a file, never ever run it. There are script kiddies out there that make phony programs that steal your CD-key and then sell it to other script kiddies. Be vigilant.Only DL from official sites.

If you have a torrent client running (peer-to-peer filesharing) such as uTorrent or similar, turn it off. But it seems like you don't have that so don't worry about it. Just wait 3-5 mins after Dayz Commander has refreshed all servers (or cancel it immediately) and then try.

This is usually due to your router's resources being exhausted. First turn off any torrent client you have running on your game PC. Secondly, after Dayz Commander has scanned all servers (which is creating a lot of connections) wait 3-5 minutes before joining. That should make sure that your router has available resources for the BE connections.

Does this happen every time? I believe this is one of the "false" messages BattlEye talked about earlier. It's hackers who does it, but if it happens every time it's probably something with the server.

Excuse my skepticism but are you trying to say that you just lost your 3rd key and you're paying full price for them?

Yeah sorry, I wasn't clear enough here. I was including the pagefile in that number which isn't RAM. My point is that the 32-bit address limitation is solved long time ago.

This is probably due to your ISP changing transit providers or their own BGP routes. In laymen terms it means that the ISP buy internet access from one or more top tier providers. Some times they change providers, other times they route traffic to one area through one provider and traffic to another area through another. Sometimes they simply f.... up and the traffic takes an unnecessary long path to the goal. This means that your traffic has to travel further than earlier to get to the European servers. What you can do is to run CMD and then write "treacert <ip of the server>" and compare with your friend's traceroute. If the jump in delay is early in the list, it's within the ISP itself and they can probably solve it.

First run Arma2 to see if that's working. Then the same thing with OA. Both games must run fine before proceeding with Dayz. If those are ok, remove Dayz and Six. DL Dayz Commander instead, install dayz from there and update OA from there.

Actually Arma2 can use more than 2 GB RAM even if it's compiled for 32bits systems but I agree, 4GB is more than enough for DayZ.

First of all, you need to be specific about the error message you get if you want help. This issue already in the sticky. Run Steam as admin, verify integrity and run both A2 and OA. DL Dayz through dayz commander and you should be good to go.
