Speak for yourself...when I started playing in may the Mexican stand offs we had on the beaches with multiple players was hysterical. People got jacked for their beans and were thrown right into the pvp fire when they first logged in. There really is nothing like trial by fire, and it is awesome to have seen so many adapt so quickly. Don't kid yourselves, there was were a good amount of scripters in may, but you right in the sense of more players more problems. But the good ole dayz was just as great in its own way as it is now; it's simply a matter of perspective.

I happen to like gillie suits and a SVD sniper. But it is true..backpacks are spawning on each other in stores these days. To be quite honest while I test and play, I'd rather have too many than too few

I cannot disagree more. There has been less hacking in over the past week than previous weeks. You came in here last week and tried to convince us they should give us a stand alone now because you demanded it and are a server admin? Dunno why being an admin means everything you want you should gt right now? Furthermore, many many people are still getting into and enjoying dayz. take your negative attitude back to your lonely hive sir. I am tired of this garbage attitude -

Its an alpha mod to be tested. Wiping things wouldnt be such a bad idea. And I was under the impression that duping could never be totally fixed. -

To the OP, I think we can all appreciate the amount of walking that can result in tedium at times. However the alternative is a much smaller map and this would only result in more grieving...I say walking is the less of two evils. -

I think these are very reasonable arguments for putting the mod down. Too bad hacking has to ruin it for a lot of people, but I hate to see people quit even when it's nearly unplayable. Hope to see people return for a stable stand alone -

I would like to see dual pistols in the game. I like the skin idea, i dont care if accuracy is reduced. I would also like to see flare guns implemented instead of just road flares. If we can stop drop and roll in dayz we should be able to light zeds and players on fire. O and also, a BB Gun, just to shoot people in the rear and mess with them a little.... -

Stand alone=updates and support; more bang for your buck. to the OP, you need to realize you bought a copy of arma 2 so you could play an alpha mod, not a fully developed game. If you want the stand alone version you'll have to buy it like everyone else. I wouldn't get too wrapped up in it tho, stand alone client will be awhile until its finished. for now clear your mind and enjoy this mod -

I have driven a lot of vehicles, but I have yet to be a passenger on anything but a truck. Is it possible to fire as the passenger while on the back of an ATV or Dirtbike? I used the search and found a lot of vehicle threads but nothing I could see to answer my question...So i am looking to the community for the answer. Thank you in advance. -
