I think the point of it is for snipers. Alice packs are bulky and if you lack a ghilly suit you are just a big target.

At around half past 10 at night, Myself and my cousin were at the north-east airfield. He was on the roof of the control tower, and was sniped. I was inside the tower at the time. We were on GB #126. Just curious who did it, my clan members were nearby and we decided just to bolt. Good luck with your shitty gun and bandages by the way, because you missed me and my M4A3 CCO/FN FAL.

He was on the roof, not in the tower. However, as for camping, I cant reliably cover both the ladder and the door at once, it was safer to just leave. I made it.

Not true. The M4A3 CCO is from my loot-run there yesterday. Its convenient because its rarely camped and occasionaly drops NATO rounds.

I have XBL. I did however, explain to you via PM why I will not use it. It eats up bandwidth and makes things difficult. Just man up, and play solo or get TS/Skype/Vent.

I routinely sit on the roofs in cherno. I am often there, with a new player in my sights. Then I shoot the zombie chasing him, and direct him to a hiding spot. Not all of us are bastards you know.

I will run with you if I see you. Infact, I could use a hand right now.

Usualy If I see another player I will corner them, see what they want. If they are iffy, I shoot. If not, I send them on their way, after some potential trading.

Small Tip: If you are in a good looting location, cycleing to different servers allows you to loot said location until you have what you need. The risk is obvious, loading in to a server where that location is occupied.

If you are shot at, call friendly. Never call friendly if you just see them, they may be bandits. My usualy plan on being killed is to head for Elektro-whatever and loot the firestation and factories there. Usualy you will also find a gun lying about in town so pay attention.

Can I use this as a weapon?

I am sick of skulking about on my own, and would like to some find some other survivors of a similar mindset However, the following conditions are essential for me. 1: No bandits, while some of you are truely magnificent bastards, banditry is not for me. 2: Must have a set "Base" server. Nothing worse than not being able to track down my own guildmates I can provide my own equipment, and after about a day of play-testing I am able to comfortably handle small groups of zombies with hatchets and a makarov.

Some bastard saw me running from a horde in a chopper. Did he shoot the zombies - no, he shot me instead. What did he get - a knife, 3 bandages, a flashlight and painkillers.

My aim is not to push it to beta. My aim is to survive, and enjoy myself. By doing that, I *DO* push it through to beta. Your aim, however, is not to tell me what my aim is. Pompus prick.

Turns out I have a lot more to ask, so Ill keep it all in the one thread. 1: Do doors stop zombies from entering 2: Can zombies use ladders 3: How can I communicate with others on my server. 4: Do zombies have any worthwhile loot. 5: How do I use my flashlight I shall update this as I die more. I have gone from being owned anywhere within a 5 block radius of a zombie to actualy managing to loot now.

I thought you did. It says in a lot of the newbie guides that you get a pistol and a clip of ammo.
