So... Apparently there is no beta version 95824 listed on the arma2 beta page, but several 1.7.2.5 DayZ servers are listed(some contrary to their hostname) as running 95824, and from what I can ascertain, they are basically inaccessible to anyone running any other version combo. What the shit? Is this some kind of limited invite only beta version, or is this some hacked workaround to keep people off the servers in question? Anyone know? examples: US 1574 HSV 1 US 1931 US 2266

If you get a black screen it's 99% GPU experiencing a catastrophic failure. I have a similar Gateway FX laptop and all I do is keep an object underneath the rear of the machine to give it a little extra airflow. (I use a plastic cartridge holder from a box of Winchester 9mm which would have otherwise been pitched in the recycle bin). Cheaper than a new mobo and worth a shot(pun intended).

Were any one of you NOT using 95883? Let's at least try to narrow down the possible causes.
