when i try join a server it says that the server is running an incorrect version of the server side application.. What does this mean and how do i fix it

i join any chernarus server get to setup complete, please wait screen takes about 10-15 minutes to spawn and i spawn in debug. I can respawn but once again its in debug. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im strating a small group call Reaper Tactical Squad and im looking to get 4 players to join me. Im mainly lokking for Australian players but will accept other countries. You must have a Mic to join as communicating will be easier. everytime i join a chernarus server i get stuck on the setup complete, please wait screen and it takes about 10-15 minutes to spawn in and i spawn in debug plains. This happened ever since i was being controlled by a hacker i think. it works normal on other maps. Someone please help
