People die from broken bones. If it is set incorrectly you can get blood clots that go to your lungs and you die. Either way it beats the alternative of magic morphine. Agree, if its done wrong it could be really bad, but if done right it is win. The greatness of any group of people would be the sum of their skill set. Can you imagine watching a youtube vid where bandits capture a friendly doctor but let him live as long as he gives their leader a blood transfusion? Or survivors holding a bandit mechanic hostage until he fixes their bus? Or A pilot offering his service to whoever gives him the most mountain dew? People have done some really creative shit and made awesome videos of stuff like this already. The standalone is coming lets take it to the next level.

I don't think you understand how this works. Dayz is developed by Dean "Rocket" Hall. Dean is a developer at BIS. Dayz uses all of ARMAs shit except Deans dayz stuff. When you play Dayz you are playing ARMA with a few modified files and scripts. Hacking in Dayz or any other MOD is the same as hacking in ARMA.

This is a bug. NOT a hack. It has to do with vehicles and I am not sure what the fix is but there are a ton of post about this. I would use search here on the forums and even google maybe.

I am going to wait to see how stand alone works. BE has been banning all day and its raining tears. Maybe BE got its shit together finally or they just changed the detection parameters. Still Im not sure I would like playing with the same folks all the time. It's better to murder anons.

Only if your expectations are realistic. You would be paying to alpha test a mod that is riddled with hacking and almost unplayable right now. Dayz is fucking awesome don't get me wrong, but the standalone version has been announced already so you may want to just wait for that.
