Admins already do this on alot of servers, although many times they will do it just because they or their friends died. -

Interesting idea. I was about ready to strongly inform to use the search bar based on your title, but this is considerably more original. I applaud you on that. Anyways, I agree with colekern, loot maps in the style you suggested should not exist. However, you could have "loot" maps that are more similar to the style of the tourist map Vindicator brought up; it could show residential, industrial, and agricultural locations in more detail - i.e., details on place that would have high value loot. For example, a bar currently is a high value residential building. On the tourist map, that bar would probably be named and have some info on it; cluing you in on a good place to look for some loot. I also thought about the idea that the master map would be created from combining the military, normal, and "tourist" map, which would likely create a valuable item - based on the rarity of the maps, of course.

There is a point at which you have to abandon realism because DayZ is, and always will be, a game. For the sake of playability for all players, features like this are left out.

I can't imagine that's really effective. I know from experience it takes quite a bit of blood transfusing and bandaging to get to a hero skin, and it takes no time at all to bring it back down. He might have the hero skins for 1 or 2 kills, which is nothing in comparison to most bandits.

I would commend this idea for being somewhat thought-provoking, except for the countless times he has posted this idea on thread after thread. As well as the fact the the title of the thread is "Zombie idea." With no tags. Could you be any more general, and then accuse people of stealing your idea like you've done before?

They won't do anything for him. They have specifically said if your CD key was stolen it was your own fault for giving it away, intentionally or unintentionally.

That's true, I've been thinking the same thing, and I don't doubt Dr. Wasteland has too. I'll mention it to him the next time I happen to talk to him and even if he hasn't thought about it I don't think he would be particularly opposed to the idea.

While you can't get a global ban, some server admins can and will ban you if you even have hacked in gear. -
