Guess what you get when you kill a medic? ...Medical supplies! And usually that's about it. Most medics aren't lugging around AS50's and the like when they go on a rescue mission. This stuff happens but it's usually a one time deal for the people involved. The medic/patient that kills is blacklisted and most of the time nobody helps/receives help from them. If you do happen to be killed by a bandit in medic's clothing, some of the TMW logistics members would be willing to give you some extra gear (and they have a lot of it). Now I'm not saying go talk to them and start demanding for NVG's and coyotes, but post the story about it on the TMW forum and there will likely be someone willing to help you out.

I'm never opposed to adding new and diverse weapons to the game (that aren't OP like AS50 TWS). I also never liked how you could stuff a big gun into a small ALICE pack, so need a backpack with a rifle slot would make much more sense. If this were the case, I'd say a number of backpacks would need this addition; not just one. Say if there's 10 backpacks in the standalone, I would say at least 3 or 4 need a rifle slot -

Rocket is definitely implementing something similar in the standalone. I heard this recently from Matt Lightfoot when he did a Q&A in the TMW Teamspeak. In other news, the 1000th thread about modding weapons has been posted.

DayZ commander is about as simple as it gets and I've had no problems. Also lets you favorite and filter servers for population, ping, day/night, 3rd person, etc. 96751 just came out so only about 4% of the servers are running it. About half run 96584. -

There are several types of ghillie suits really. Hunting ghillies (I do own one) are often meant to fit over other clothes, and provide almost as effective camo as "all-purpose" military ghillies. However, most military sniper ghillie suits are made by the sniper themselves out of the terrain, which allows them to blend in the environment much easier because they are essentially wearing the habitation. The "all-purpose" ghillie suits would be more of the type that fit closely. For the sake of the game, I would still leave the main inventory in, if just slightly reduced. Especially in the mod, where to use any object it has to be in the main inventory. -

True, and a lot of medics will stash anything valuable they don't need to save someone before they go on a rescue mission. Sometimes I do this if I log in next to my tents, but normally I just go with what I have on me. The amount of people who ask for help on the forum and then kill you in-game is pretty low. A number of TMW members are bodyguards so there will often be 1-3 other players along with the medic who have no problem killing you if you start to cause trouble. Bandits know most medics don't have much besides medical supplies on them, and so a lot of them don't shoot medics anyways. A few weeks ago some guy tried to kill a few medics by saying he needed help, and he killed one and almost got me. After that he posted a thread about trying to take down the medics. We haven't seen much of him lately; don't think things worked out too well for him. -

Now what kind of medic would I be if I didn't have any blood bags? ;) Anyways I will probably be on that time as well, but I'll head over to around Noby Sobor and just log out. -
I like the idea, and there are some suggestions about the ability to use power plants and the like, so you could use that in conjunction with this mod; you could get the power plant running and have it power some streetlights. As L1CKEY said the ability of using portable generators could be interesting as well.

S So you could say for the ghillie you are wearing a stripped down version of the civilian clothes because chances are you won't find such a jumpsuit with the ghillie suit, so maybe it reduces your main inventory a little, like a row or so, rather than taking it away completely. I know if I was in DayZ I would wear something with pockets and pouches under a ghillie suit and not just a jumpsuit. -

I joined because I was bored and I had nothing better to do, but I didn't want to be a bandit. The thing I like about it is that you don't need end-game gear to do it. All you need is medical supplies and you can do it almost as well as if you had NVG's, GPS, coyote, etc. Those things definitely help but doing it without is not that difficult either. If you need some help with that broken leg I can get there, just let me know. -

That could work.. I think it would make a lot more sense but the ghillie should have some space. You wear a ghillie over other clothes, so in essence you still have the inventory space of those clothes. I would support that idea. -
Suggestion: Zombies should spawn everywhere, hear gunshots better and be faster than item loaded survivors

No. Anyways in response to OP: 1. Yes, definitely but it causes massive lag, so that's why they are proximity spawned. 2. Good idea, makes people even less willing to fire than they already are. 3. I would agree with this, but I've always been a believer in large slower moving groups of zombies. I have never liked 28 Days Later zombies simply because I think in either case of infection or "living dead" types that their bodies deteriorate and they are unable to quickly move for their entire lifespan. I can explain the reasons for each zombie type but it will be too long for a simple reply. -
Anytime you want to stop posting two or three threads with the same suggestions, most of which have been suggested before, would be nice. And then on top of that telling people to fuck off because they said something negative about your suggestions.

It's a great idea, but I would still never use the pouch anyways; It doesn't bother me too much that I have to take stuff from my backpack to my inventory so I would rather just have more backpack space. What I would like to see is having it be almost like a second backpack and using your idea adding a few spaces to the main inventory instead of actually being a backpack. That way you could still have an alice pack with 20 spaces, and then a czech pouch for another 3-5 spaces in the inventory. If this were the case I'm sure everyone would be looking for one. I'm not sure this is in the limits of the mod, but I really have no idea and it can always be used for the standalone.
