I understand that and i agree with you i think i've been saved by it a few times. What i want to do is a make a video, edit it, and make it a resource on the DayZ wiki or something. I'm curious myself as to what all it stops. Too tired now though, off to bed with me. -

My first contact was a guy climbing under the fence in Elecktro's industrial park. I had found a revolver and was facing him, he freaked out and said "DON'T SHOOT ME I'M FRIENDLY FRIENDLY" and ran off. I tried to chase him, but i couldn't figure out how to talk. Lol. -

Long story short i died, was pissed at the game, found a hacker medical box in Cherno's church, and loaded up. Logged out and logged back in a few minutes later, lost everything not in the game. I'm not bitching about it, but how do other's seem to have hacked weapons stashed in camps etc. when they dissappear like this? Dafaq? -

Just literally trapped an unarmed bandit inside one of the apartment buildings in Elecktro. Messed with him for a minute or so, asked in side chat if i should kill him, decided to let him live. After some conversation in side chat we meet up @ the supermarket. Bastard shoots me in the head with a makorov while i'm picking up beans. Moral of Story: Shoot ALL bandits on sight, unarmed or not.

So killing an unarmed man would be preferable. Ok, got it. Off to bed. Edit: Forgot to mention that this PoS actually logged off right after his magazine ran out just incase didn't die from it. I saw his name greyed out when i re-spawned. These people need to be drug outside and shot. -

MGS3 "CURE" system for dayz medical system

I absolutely support this. Especially if you didn't automatically die after being shot. I'm not sure what could be done to stop a .303 Lee Enfield round from killing you, but you shouldn't die immedaitly. You should be able to do something to save yourself or the guy you are treating. Don't really have anything to contribute to the topic other than that, but i'm sure Rocket will think of something awesome. -
This. I've traded with Inception before, he literally drives up with his entire truck loaded with high-quality military shit. He's got so much ammo in that thing, if you shot any part of it the entire thing would explode. I didn't shoot him though. If i did, besides the gross in-humanity of the act, i'd get a bad reputation on the forums. We had no pre-set location or overwatch/third party of anything like that. Even though i should have shot him because he keeps changing his FUCKING AVATAR!!!!! >.>

Nah. I've done multiple trades with people on the forums, never did any of that. Haven't gotten shot yet. Actually, i've never gotten shot when interacting with ANYONE on the forums. Putting a face/identity to that survivor you see kinda reduces the KOS mentality.

If you had a notepad and pencil in-game, what messages would you leave for people? Like, if you found someone's tent, would you write something and leave them a message? What would you say? I personally would leave my notepad and pencil in my camp, and i'd leave this for the guy who finds it: Dear bastard, Hello! I see you've found my camp. Please help yourself to whatever you'd like. Would you care to comment about the placement of my camp? Did you easily see it from the road? How did you find it? What do you think of the barbed wire and sandbag defenses? Were they easily overcome? Or did you ghost in? Sincerely, Muncywolverine just to see if they leave me a note back :>
