I think that, if you don't feel safe using the q and (I think) z to go up and down, you can use page up and page down. Also, watch out for those turns. Good luck.

I was playing on a server when a hacker teleported me outside of the map. I have been running for a while, but it seems that I will never get into the main map again. Is there any way to kill myself or make this character obsolete?
