It's 0% legit. Normal PDW is legit though Check the dayz wiki->weapons page to see the listed weapons that are legitimately in dayzEDIT: read pdw instead of pdw sd.

From my experience the load times differ as such: -not many players: within 20 secs in the game - a lot of players(30+): wait 5-9mins Ping affects it a little aswell. Again, My expetience only

Hello, Let me start off saying I am fullu aware of it being an alpha so no moaning from me.. Just wondering how I can 'fix' this little issue. In my previous life I killed 3 people out of self defence and gained the bandit skin, no biggie.. Due to a bug I lost my alice pack. Unfortunate but regainable. As I died and spawned fresh again I still have the bandit head(no suit) and no visual representation of my backpack (patrol), still -15k humanity and 0 murders. A few friends hooked me up with 2 primary weapons so now I have an alice pack with a weapon in it. How can I get back to my normal survivor skin and keep my backpack? Don't mind it losing once but if I can prevent the next would be nice. Regards; RazorWire

There have been a few optimized video settings thread coming and going for the past few weeks but I've never seen an audio settings thread before. We all know that sound is an important part of DayZ for hearing zombies, player activity and... heli's. Wanted to see what your take is on the audio settings. I feel like I don't have anything near optimized and I'm sure other people have the same feeling. My current settings: What I personally am trying to achieve here is; - Absolutely no music - No sounds which tell me nothing such as the annoying 'opening metal fence' sound that scares the bejeezes out of me each and every time - High audio on rustling through grass and good weapon audibility. Your feedback and the feedback of other forum users is why I made this thread. I have little to no knowledge on the audio settings, I've been mainly busy with the video settings (which is now calibrated at smooth 60 FPS everywhere) Could you elaborate on VON and few samples ?
