I put on a ghillie quite a while ago.. I've started an operation where I'd like to be in my hero outfit.. Unlucky for me I did not save my civilian clothing after getting the ghillie.. I've got a flashlight though :)

Day 1 didn't go so fruitfull, heck.. It didn't even start.. Ended up having no time what so ever to start the operation on my side. Will try to update every night to get some awareness out there for other people to see this. Regards; ExtinctSquirrel

Banditry is merely an obstacle that one has to overcome. Think of them as thiefs in real life, there are ways to protect yourself against them/prevent it. Keep your wits about you and you'll end up alive.

ey ***diboopy, Don't despair. It happened to me a few times aswell, no loot or nothing but tin cans. Look for signs people have been through the loot already; - an item in a spawn point it shouldn't be in - patrol pack in a shed - jerry can in a supermarket - weapon without any ammo Had these happen to me a few times. Knowing if someone has been through there and taken 'your' items kind of eases the pain of not getting them.. Kind of... Regards; ExtinctSquirrel

Aah yes.. The firestation.. Seems almost yesterday when I first joined DayZ and said: "what's that building over there?" This building has been very good to me and very bad.. The very first time I ventured to a firehouse it was when my friend explained the basics of arma2 and the mod DayZ.. we walked into the compound in elektro power station and there were three random players in there, friendly natured, just messing about, grouping together and trading a few things.. When I went in there, I found nothing but tin cans and empty soda cans and I figured this building was just as good as those outhouses.. After reading guides, learned about the game engine, read the wiki's, learned every weapon's stats and familiarized myself with chernarus I came to the conclusion it wasn't as crap as I initially thought. Spawned in, was in elektro, visited the store and gained an alice pack, couple of drinks and food.. Walked over to the firestation and found an m4a1 cco on the first floor and was extatic, knowing by now that this was a rare weapon to spawn, walked up the stairs and to my astonishment on the third floor I was greeted by a DMR, both weapons with two mags. Never had such a great loot run at 'that building' again. Regards; ExtinctSquirrel

Hi there The name's ExtinctSquirrel. I'm 20 years old and European. As the title says; I'm looking for a squad to run in DayZ with, let it be public or private hive doesn't matter, gearing up is the least of my problems. I'm looking for other mature (20+) european players that know what they are doing, value stealth, reconnesance, combat efficiency and always know what's going on around them without letting their guard down. For personal preference I like to have the squad not exceed 4 players due to voice chatter, stealth and vehicle population. Lots of walking today! I'm getting buffed.

Hi there, I recall reading something regarding the humanity and all the other stas resetting upon login (not the total amount shown when holding 'i' but that what shows on the debug) As a hero, I too experience this not so harmfull yet slightly annoying issue.. Sometimes however, my humanity does show up as a high number (30k+) as I expect it to be until I relog and it's at 0 again Is there some kind of specific action to bring back the regular number? I tried relogging, switching skins, hurting a friend, blood bagging, staying online 2h+. If anyone has any information or suggestions, post them below. Regards; RazorWire

I'll keep an eye out if that ghillie trick works. Hope it does.. The humanity number is the direct feedback on good deeds besides the thanks from group members :)

I don't play on private hives but if the scripts all hold up then good work! Would give :beans: but i'm on a mobile device.

I come acros them quite often as i roam close to cities from time to time. If you are still in need ill swing by a supermarket and find some for you. As a hero I'd also want to bring you to full health. Send me a pm if you are still in need.
