    In a game that gives you immersion, when I, as a player and human being, look at the pixelated avatar of another player, I don't see just some construct NPC with no actual life behind its eyes, I see another player, who has just as many thoughts, emotions, and just an equal of a life as I do. And I think "Would I kill him if I were actually put up this?" and my answer would be no. Because the one thing I will always have, being a human, is hope. Hope that this person senses the same immersion as I do and realizes that shooting me would be killing someone behind that screen metaphorically. Then, when they shoot at me, I kill them and take their beanz.

    It's still up in the air. What with who knows, maybe they'll make their own map, maybe they'll use an Arma2 map, maybe an Arma3.

    True, haha! As for the shaking being cured by painkillers, that's shaking caused by pain. Just like there's a separate shaking for cold and infections.

    Not really, actually. Luckily, if you install DayZ to all users on your computer, the other account will have a separate one than your main computer account. It's a great workaround.

    I find this highly appealing to me :) I'd also suggest a tab on the bottom right for character customization, too!

    That you can open a can of anything without a can opener or knife? That, for some odd reason, we happen to have a weird amount of stamina for someone carrying three rifles.

    I get the feeling as well. I don't shake, but the world slows down for me as I focus on what to do.

    Sad thing is, because it isn't connected to HIve, you're dealing with a load more hackers than before. As well as not being supported past 1.7.4 code.

    Press F when you have it in your inventory. It'll temporarily not allow you to use your gun until you cycle it back with F. You can also use this to throw Chemlights, Flares, Grenades, and other items.

    Lingor Island is a, reportedly, ripped off version of DayZ by some people who decided to steal Rocket's code without his permission. It's generally enforced that we don't talk of it here.
