    Update: I was able to get into one server after troubleshooting a problem with my video card and rolling back the driver. This may have been the cause. I'll update this post again if anything changes.

    I'm new to DayZ. (Clearly since this is my first post.) To give some background, my ARMA II is from Green Man Gaming and Operation Arrowhead from Steam. I was able to play DayZ last Friday using this setup. I followed these directions to install (http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/28781-how-to-install-full-easy-guide-retail-green-man-gaming-steam/) The problem I am having is that when I launch DayZ using Six Launcher, my screen goes black like the game is attempting to start and then all I see is my desktop. It shows the game running in the task bar and my mouse cursor is changed to that of the one in game. Also, from the speakers I get the sound of wind blowing. I can't click anything though until I Ctrl+Alt+Delete and bring up task manager. Needless to say, the game never starts and I have to use task manager to close out of the game. This was happening last Friday too, but after the second time of trying to connect to a server it would work. I checked on my game version information and in the bottom right hand corner of each game, the following information was listed: ArmA II: 1.11.86734 Op. A: 1.62.95248 If I can provide any more information that would be helpful, please let me know. Otherwise, does anyone know why this would be happening? I loved DayZ when I tried it on Friday, but this is frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
