you just can't currently, its not an option. you are not the first person to complain about this, perhaps the easiest change here is for rocket the dev team to change the drop for the PVS-4 to something else from ARMA II. There are plenty of options to choose from...

if you have cheat engine open once while you fire up the game, yeah you'll get banned. why would you have cheat engine open if you don't use it? memory manipulators are not something that everday folks keep on their computers, and surely not something to keep running while they are planning to play protected online games.

Its ok to Alt-F4 when their is a hacker

professional alt-f4er right here :thumbsup: :beans: anyhow, those of you that can't seem to alt-f4 it sounds like your function keys might be disabled. some keyboard have an "F-Lock" key that will toggle the keys from function mode to other modes. toggle that key and you should be good. and yeah, the presence of a hacker is pretty much the only acceptable reason to alt-f4 -
i'm fairly sure you can (at least temp) ban players for possession of items that aren't from DayZ. if the weapon is not listed here: http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/Weapons it was scripted in. the real red flag is if you can find the script he used, it is usually preceded by _dummy and might be attached to the server control button.

Zombies should NOT respawn at crash sites if player is still at the scene.

what would be really cool would be a self destruct option that appears in the helicopter menu after you've killed all the zombies, that might blow the chopper up and turn it into a rotor assembly, scrap metal, and maybe some engine parts, etc. -

use six launcher, but prior to doing so patch up to the latest arma II beta. that should fix your version issue. -

i really don't want unique bandit clothes. i think its stupid to be able to tell who is a bandit from afar. as if in post apoc zombie land all the bandits are going to dress similar so you can pick them out. by virtue of being a bandit, you shouldn't be granted special clothing

that part is kinda up to you. generally you want the other person on vent, some people will put stuff into the other person's backpack. people can trade through vehicles. most have sniper cover. some will give a friend all of their valuables in the event they die. the mechanics of the trade are your call, take enough precautions to cover your ass for the risk level involved.

this is actually where the term comes from, for the letter Z the british and some other countries say 'zed' and not 'zee'. that's why some people call the game 'day zed' instead of 'day zee' as far as why zombies are referred to as zeds, i'm not sure if that started before the game or from the game. i'd never heard them referred to as zeds prior to dayZ

i've used all the major players. ventrilo teamspeak mumble skype ALL clients are FREE. for voip beginners teamspeak is probably easiest to use, i prefer ventrilo, mumble is the open source alternative, and skype isn't really popular for team gaming.

why change rifle? rifle is fine. -
that's likely it. memory manipulators like cheat engine can be used maliciously in armaII, that's how some of the script kids change file paths for injection

That's not a mistake at all. I bought ARMA II for DayZ and love it. His mistake was not having an accurate gauge on the current status of the game with regards to bugs and script injectors. -

i have the steam version and just launch combined operations from launching operation arrowhead in my steam library. when i want to play dayz i launch through sixlauncher or dayzcommander. single player arma II is nice for the simulator to try out all the guns and get good at flying helicopters -
