Simply put, no. After all, the majority of us yelled, fought and bashed each other over tin cans (Lol). That sucks because there were some who actually tried to keep things calm and reasonable.

How far does everyone else take out zeds with the crossbow? I manage to take targets out from 50-100 meters or so without crosshairs and rarely miss. I bet with the optics we could go further and without missing, in that scenario the feathers (fletchings) would be useful Just a little info people may want to know: The fletchings keep the arrow flying straight and steady. It also makes the arrow spin whichs helps correct any mistake with the shaft, making it much more accurate. I know stuff sometimes! :lol:

It works! It appeared in my notification but I didn't get the "heads up" number thing for notifications. I just clicked it and it said "smasht_AU deleted a post of yours from[Forum] Moderator Notifications"

This was tested on at least 3 private hives, can someone please test this on the public hive? It's not possible to have one incomplete quiver and the other being complete without the incomplete quiver being deleted after firing. My experience with this was I had two quivers with both in my inventory. One quiver had 6, the other had 1, so all together I had 7 arrows. When I fired the crossbow which was using the quiver with 6 arrows in it, the quiver with one arrow was deleted and the quiver in use showed 5 arrows. So two arrows were gone from my inventory when I fired once. Further testing: Same scenario except the incomplete quiver had 3 arrows instead of 1. I fired while my crossbow and the quiver with 3 arrows was deleted and my quiver with 6 arrows changed to 5. Post editted slightly to be a bit more clearer

Yeah, sometimes it's not easy to retrieve them if you get a body shot on them which is why I try to shoot 'em in the head. Much easier to retrieve from their heads.

I would personally love a middle finger emote. After showing it so many times in real life, I just need it to be ingame. I've stuck my middle finger up to a bitch and a half I know and... to my computer screen, to this guy who pushed me for dancing with this girl who appeared to be his girlfriend... the list goes on really. My middle finger is probably my bestest friend when it comes to these kind of things. :D

Hopefully rocket sees this then... I just want it to be settled as soon as possible and sensibly since this appears to be damaging in some way. Would a PM from the a moderator get his attention faster than a PM from a regular person like me?

I suggested this before in another thread earlier, and I'll suggest it here again. We should host a poll and let the numbers do the talking rather than people trying to bash and scream louder than the other. Maybe even lock this thread as well. A poll is much easier to keep track of anyway, it's a simple yes or no question: "Do we want these new items in the game or not?" there's no need for hateful comments or long "political" posts. Let the majority get what they want in the next patch, God knows when that'll be anyway. But so far all I've seen from this issue is the community AND servers being divided up over a bunch of goddamn tin cans. It's not worth the frustration and anger.

Is it just me or have people noticed a decrease of zeds in cities? * [uPDATED] - Max local zeds per client now fixed at 40 zeds, Global at 40 +10 foreach player within 400 meters and total 500 zeds max. I'm guessing this has something to do with it, but it's not that big of a deal, I just wanted to know. Random question here: Does anyone know the poly count on your average Zed? I was thinking you could reduce the amount of polygons on a zed thus decreasing fps lag, then increase their numbers a little. Easier said than done, I know. It's just a thought I've had. Also I'm guessing that poly count isn't the only factor in FPS lag, but the AI themselves.

Can't we just lock this thread and create a poll on whether to keep the new items in or not? This issue has spread the servers, and the community apart... It's kind of frustrating. I always thought the crossbow knocked people unconscious on the first body shot or so I'm told.

Hmm. Try doing what I did, or having an incomplete 3rd quiver. Or have your 2nd quiver with 2-3 arrows while the other one is full. I can't be the only one having this issue... :S
