    Yeah, the fact they respond at all to some problems puts them ahead of plenty of game companies.

    That's a different problem. For that, just make sure you're joining an up-to-date server.

    I'm glad this works for some people, but some of us flat-out can't even play on 1.7.2.4 and are stuck loading forever. I feel like there's 2 separate problems here with coincidentally similar "symptoms."

    I think you're ignoring the critical problem for a majority of us (as said several times earlier): We were already unable to play on 1.7.2.4. For most of us, we were stuck on Loading forever, and this bug in 1.7.2.5 is an extension. Thanks for the suggestion, but your problem is a different one and its one fix is literally impossible for us to do.

    You can't. Therein lies the problem.

    That's because this is a problem with the hive, not us. You can connect to any private server, but no hive servers.

    As someone who happened to have a map and compass when this issue arose, we are 21 km from the Northwest corner of the map. We also spawn nothing, have infinite food/water, and technically don't exist. It's a shame I have to lose my DMR though =(

    I'm in the exact same boat. I spawn in the debug plains, I appear to have infinite food/water, and I have no debug menu.

    I tried rolling back to 1.7.2.4 and Beta 95417 in the hopes that the fact I spawned SOMEWHERE might get rid of the infinite loading bug. It didn't.

    Exact same problem for me. After about 15 minutes, you enter the plains. I set a waypoint on the closest corner of the map, and I'm 21 km away. At least I can connect to the hive now.

    It takes about 15 minutes for Setup to complete, and then you'll be stuck. The strange thing I got this problem after I died, and now I have all that stuff back from right before my death. Also, I have no debug screen.

    Well, this new patch has fixed the loading issue it seems, but now it seems to be stuck on Setup Completed. Well, it's progress. I guess. EDIT: I loaded in. Debug plains. Fun fact: I put a marker at the northwest corner of the map, and I'm 21km away.

    I just updated to 1.7.2.5. Didn't seem to help. Also, I noticed that it always says that BattlEye is verion 1.168, but the one I downloaded from the site is 1.62. Is that relevant at all?

    In your case, I don't think this is a Hive problem. Just try the usual fixes for being stuck on Loading (update BattlEye, newest Beta patch, etc.)

    I was on the exact same server, and was also tele'd. After I died on a different server was when this issue started.
