Alot of times when I join a server a bar pops up saying that during load up OR 10-15 minutes after having loaded up into a game. I don't know how to fix it but it boots me out of the server. I'm scared that I might be banned or something but i've never done anything that would count as cheating or hacking. really confusing. Might just be a simple error but its scares me. I also have this weird fps issue where it rapidly goes from like 60 fps to 10 fps and its more annoying than just having flat 10 fps. Help? _________________________________________________________________________________________________ It would really be nice if someone actually responded with something. ;~;

Maybe I should bring this to the Bohemia Interactive Forum. Maybe I shouldn't. you tell me...but anyways.... ArmaII is being stupid and not letting me connect to ANY servers.. check that.. ALL servers.. This is a new problem because in the past i've been able to play on servers easy peasy.. but when I saw this mod and I re-installed ArmaII BAM something hates me. Maybe it might be because of my router.. Maybe not. I'm not sure, what I am sure of though is I don't want to pay some guy 60 bucks to fix a problem that might be trivial. Please give feedback and step-by-step hand held guides to this problem. (because im a fucking derp) Please leave suggestions. This is really bothering me and I really want to get to play DayZ

I've decided that im just going to wait for a bit and get ArmaII and AO for steam. Maybe it will be stable and not crap over me like the retail version. Please feel free to tell me something useful. Or otherwise wish me luck.

I am about ready to just give up. The game is awesome but man do I want to rip my eyeballs out. I feel like ill never get to play it... EVER.. *sobs*

*clears throat/cracks fingers* Lets run down the list of everything thats working and everything that makes me want to spas to my computer... I have 1.60 patch I removed all firewall rules for Arma Six Updater says DayZ is incompatible..I dont know why. um.. Whenever I try to put -=DaypX273whatever into the Arma Shortcut it says path does not exist... I might be forgetting something but thats about it. Thanks Rocket for even you trying to solve my problems when your so busy. OH! im also using Retail version. Not steam just to clarify.

Having trouble with getting DayZ to work. Says the file is incompatible and WONT install. Any Ideas/Suggetions why?

I went with the Six Updater way and it says that DayZ is incompatible and wont install it.

The one to the left of servers on the server list. Usually its a green circle Wait. so im not supposed to keeep them as .rar's? and Also every time I put the launch options thing into the shortcut it says there is no path with that. OH and im using retail version. Not steam.

Im not sure what info I can actually give! It just says Connection Failed! And it does it for EVERY server. not just DayZ ones! which is worrying me because I have played on other servers before... I think it might have something to do with the big red X but I don't know what it means.

I easily run the game on.. Geforce GTX 560M 2GB Quad-core i7 8gb ram (forgot the other specs) And its on a laptop

So.. Im having connection problems and I don't think it has to do with DayZ because I tried joining other non-Dayz Servers I like. Any Suggestions? Its not saying anything special... Just "Connecting Failed" after about 15 seconds of black screen loading. Might have something to do with the big red friggen X next to all the servers. I dont know why.

Are you having any problems connecting?

I have fixed the whole other problem I had but I STILL cant connect to any DayZ servers, American ones. Or any others.
