  1. The explanation and apologies are nice. But you still have not been able to provide an ETA. When will my server be up? You tell me to cancel if I am unhappy, but you don't give me any information to base my decision on and you don't say why they are not coming online. So far as I can tell you are only apologizing for and explaining the delays in support requests and questions.
  2. I would much rather just have my server setup so I can play on it! I ordered from you after seeing your 1-2 hour setup time advertised on August 1st via twitter. I was hoping to have the server up and configured by tonight so that our squad can play on it tonight and this weekend.
  3. I opened a support ticket with HostAltitude last night and have not heard anything from them yet. If I cannot get my server up today I am going to cancel and order through them.
  4. I am having a similar issue. I signed up on August 2nd, though. They had posted a twitter message earlier that said current setup time for DayZ is 1-2 hours. I was pretty excited and ordered a server just to find out that not only is it goes to be much longer, they do NOT communicate well through their site. It seems like the best way to get hold of them is through these forums? Cool and all, but you NEED to be on top of your ticket queue! I would never consider these guys for anything more than a game server, and even then I wish I would have done more research first.
