    awesome job with the tutorial but i am having problems joining the servers. Either i get the message "arma 2 has stopped working" or i get a message saying i could not connect to the server due to a bad version. I followed every instruction on the video and i dunno if this helps but the servers are grayed out. Anyone know the issue? Btw my arma 2 patch and dayz are up to date as well as having the newest version of Taviana 1.1.0

    Omfg there's been hacking on PC games since 1997 or sooner.

    I played Dark Forces Jedi Knight 2 online and hackers was about then!

    So If your still moaning about it after all these years buy a fucking PS3 or stfu.

    Unreal, every game forum for a PC game u always read about Hacks.

    Face it PC games will always be hacked.

    There is a difference between occasional hackers and the amount of hackers DayZ has at the moment. Your post was ever so helpful.

    I don't give enough of a shit to take screenshots of the "players in last 24h" stat on the main page, but it went from 200k to 180k; also this was starting from an INCREASING trend, so it SHOULD have gone up to 210k+ and instead fell to 180k. New uniques seems to still be rising via word of mouth etc, meaning there is less (read: no) retention, AND longtime players are quitting.

    that doesn't really mean they are quitting... sometimes i can't play every 24 hours. That number is going to go up and down constantly. It would probably be more accurate if it were number players in the last week.

    So was just riding my bicycle like a badass motherfucker when all of the sudden i am kicked from the server ("battleeye not responding") so i log back in a few minutes later and i was standing there with no bicycle in sight...When this happens where does the bicycle go? last place i saved it? somewhere around where i logged in? in an endless void deep in the pits of Hell?
