Rare weapons not the slightest bit rare, survival isn't an issue

Yes perhaps this mod's greatest strength, the hive, is also its greatest weakness. The fact that your character carries from server to server while other server things are more static.and others still less so. The high end military equipment bothers me, where's my airsoft gun? -

Yar I've lurked a few of Nuclearaddict's posts, he gives suggestions a sort of trial by fire. He automatically assumes the worst of unspecified details rather than proposing improvements/changes to the suggestion posted like you carebears. He expects every suggestion on this forum to be expertly polished before being put up on the forum. Just like DayZ was perfectly polished before we were able to play it. Give him a break guys he just wants efficiency.

I think adding a modified Mosin-Nagant would add some much needed Soviet flavor, firing tranq darts ala MGS3. I could hit a guy, the effect takes a little while to settle in (perhaps based on hunger/thirst/remaining blood) and I can disarm the punk while he is down. I think limiting what is lootable in this state could work, like only primary weapon or only ammo.
