    This game is in a stage.. This is not even a post worthy of the troubleshooting page. It's a free modification; so either accept that it's a privilege ​to play this game and deal with the its quirks, or find something else to play.

    I could accept the quirks the game has if it didn't cost me hours of my life every time the game decided to glitch out and kill me. Except now instead of glitching out and killing me it glitches out and makes me crawl to my death. So I am unfortunately going to find something else to play. I'm going to keep up with the forums so when the day comes that the game is ready for release I can see how its doing and decide whether or not its worth coming back.

    That's part of the DayZ experience. I crawled around Stary one night for 45 minutes looking for morphine. Between the darkness, zeds, bandits, a GAZ full of heavily armed men, it was one of the most intense and memorable gaming experiences ever. If you're playing DayZ to "win" or something like that, you're doing it wrong. The game is about the journey and not the destination. Play it like that and you will find it infinitely rewarding.

    I'm not playing DayZ to "win" I'm playing it to enjoy myself. When I first started playing DayZ I thought the fight for survival was awesome. A glitch broke my leg in a barn and I had to crawl out to try and find some morphine. Used my last shots trying to fight off some bandits that ended up hacking me to death to get my empty gun. That was fun at the time. Now its just not as fun. Might be because I've grown bored of the game or I'm getting tired of playing for hours just to die to glitches. I don't want to walk thru a door and break my leg and try to crawl from Kameka to Cherno anymore. I would rather just be able to kill myself and start again.

    Breaking your leg doesn't always enable the respawn button. A friend of mine had to crawl for an hour to get to the nearest town just to get killed so he could respawn. What happens if you spawn in the wilderness since he hasn't fixed that problem either? Just take off running in a direction and pray that you have picked the right way? I think Rocket needs to fix all the problems the game has now before he starts making even more.
