    Complete Server Restart?

    I have been looking for an answer on this also. On Host Altitude Control Panel there are two options I have seen (Restart) and (Stop). There isn't a whole lot on there saying what these may or may not change on the server. Hope for an answer!

    My ticket has just reached 24 hours with no reply. My server is active, I see that CP has a new logo now at the top and.... Are Control Panel still isn't working since you guys activated it 3 days ago. There are STILL no edit options for anything and we haven't even seen are server name yet (We bought the server 4 days ago!!). Please, PLEASE get back to us with help on this issue. We just want to finally use the server we payed for... Ticket #134359 This is all we can see when opening Control Panel. (Besides the new TCADMIN logo that is at the top now) The only thing we can get to pop up is this when we click on Game Services on the bottom left.

    Thank you very much! The server is now active. Much appreciated. Now we just can't find the server or connect to it and also lost all control panel options... Is there some kind of Host Altitude Control Panel tutorial? Being new to the whole server thing this would be really helpful because the Control Panel UI is quite overwhelming. We are not sure where to start, (Config, Server name, updates, etc..) PLEASE HELP! Ticket #740393

    Thank you for replying to my ticket for my NY server and assuring me that "Your server should be up within a few hours." However, now when I go into the server details it displays that the ETA is now for the 31st of July. That's over 48 hours from now. What is going on here? This server that is suppose to be "Less waiting and more playing" has turned into a mirage that I keep getting told is just a few hours away.. Going to be getting a refund and moving on from here soon.
