Again, with this new DayZ patch, or this new Arma 2 beta patch (or both), the coughing doesn't exist. You just lose health. I have NO idea if zombies won't notice you now since you don't cough, haven't tried that yet.

Happened to my friend about a week ago too. Same thing, DMR just disappeared.

You can get sick from taking damage from what I've read, Zombie or bullets. Either that or the temperature meter is screwed up. I know I got sick not long after I had relogged into the game because my temperature was staying at 40C, even in the rain at night, and even sitting in multiple buildings to get it back up.

Yeah, lost an M4A1 CCO SD and an M14 with the Aimpoint on it last night. This stuff seems to happen a lot, makes me wonder if connection from the server to Hive messed up and causes it to not save the gear right.

I know, just saying anyway, seemed like some people still didn't understand what they do.

If you already have Arma 2, then yes, you only need Operation Arrowhead. When you have both, run them as "Combined Arms".

I've died about 3-4 times by people, probably close to 10 from random things killing me, from logging in on stairs to character not saving and being in the endless mountains. I just got lucky two of the respawns and was near Berezino. Solnichniy is another area you can spawn it, and also the little town by Three Valleys. Most of the time I spawn near Elektro or Cherno. Finally got spawned up at Kamenka. So far that's been the best starting spawn for me.

It wouldn't matter if it's disabled or not, the binoculars give you the range of anything you point them at. I've had them before.

The 3 blood a second loss will stop when the blood count reaches, or just goes under 10,000. Your character is sick. Lately with the new patch, no sickness sounds can be heard. Hopefully this is fixed in the new update as they've apparently made a bunch of new sounds for actions.

Eastern too. I've spawned up by Berezino at least twice.

Try the new beta Arma 2 patch, you'll see. Even the roads at some points stay pitch black, even though a flashlight is on them.

7.62x39 = AKM. 5.45x39 = AK-74/AKS-74U/AKS-74 Kobra. 5.45x39 rounds never spawned in the military loot piles, just only with the weapon. Maybe now we can see the camo clothing in military areas. As it is, it spawns everywhere except military zones (other than the crashed helicopters).

I got shot last night. One shot with the Winchester, from 10,000 health to "You Are Dead". :-/

Try creating a new Arma 2 profile/name, then try logging into a server. Maybe that'll help? If it does, just revert to your old profile, and then everything should be okay. That's the only thing I can think of to attempt to fix that type of problem.

Yeah, didn't really get much in the way of desyncing. Told you something was up with the lighting, when you switched mission files, it was back to "normal", still dark, but everything was pitch black. On the other mission file, even shining a flashlight at a road, the road was still pitch black. It's all good now, glad to see it back to normal. ALTHOUGH, I wasn't the only one, but, I had dropped to 40C and became sick. So, now I need to find anti-biotics. Player doesn't even cough when sick either. Three to four others had the same thing happen.

The two objects I know for sure you can refill at, at the long and tall white tanks with a green stripe on them, or the rusty looking tank the same size as the other tank. You use the scroll wheel action to refill, it's not a gear menu item like food/water/etc. I know it works 100% at the right fuel tanks, I've refilled the cans over 40 times.

Yeah, I had this problem. Every time I'd log out, it'd spawn me in unconscious for like 5-10 minutes at a time. This also happened after I put on camo, it didn't save the camo on me, but made me unconscious until the server finally restarted.

I went for four hours, never hit anything. Dunno. I just ended up killing myself. Lost my M4A1 CCO SD, M9SD, M1911, M16 with ACOG, various equipment, and, of course, camo.

Yeah, somebody said to run 1.5 hours to the SE and you get back on the map... Tried to do so today, no idea if I'll ever make it back. Server went down before I reached the amount of time and/or the map again. If I'm spawned back again where I was, then, I'll never make it. Lesson learned, carry enough food and water for 3+ hours of running around.
