I have no problem with NVGs. You can decide yourself whether you want to play on night servers or not. Thermals however I do not like. They are far too strong in a group of 3+ who have snipers and spotters.

I crawled / crouched through all of Krasnostav. Did not aggro a single zed. Guess I got lucky...

It depends in what terrain you're going prone. If you're on a street/similar terrain you'll be visible (One bar visibility while prone). The only way to be invsible while prone is in dense grass or at night. I don't know what "from across" the map is in your eyes. But it's entirely possible that a zed sees you from 15 meters if you have 1 bar visibility.

Wow, really!? Too hard!? You have 2 options: 1: Either run through the town pulling zombies like a maniac alerting every player in a 100m radius about you being there, or 2: Play it like THE REALISTIC POST APOCALYPTIC ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GAME IT EFFIN IS: Be careful, watch your sound/visibility indicators and crouch/crawl if necessary. If you're shooting at zeds you either have a death wish or love to fire your gun. There's no reason to shoot them. You can now lose zeds in trees. Just sit in one, they won't see you. It doesn't get any easier. If it's too hard for you, you should probably consider playing cod again.

As is the ammo for the DMR and M24 :/ AS50 is definitely my sniper rifle of choice. So much power. Like the DMR too though.
