    So you're prone all day? I play DayZ Redux from time to time, where there are very few sniper rifles in the game and where an alice pack is a rare find. Doesn't keep people from killing each other a bit. They just kill for a czech bagpack now. If they don't have ammo for their gun, they're gonna use their hatchet. Scarcity doesn't make bronies.

    Ownership and rights are a relative modern idea. They only count if one can defend it. Otherwise the huns will ride in and burn everything they can't take away. I'll tell that to my mother. She will come and teach you manners. I'm tempted to quote some Dschingis Khan here. Morals are for people who don't have an army of huns at their command. ;-P Where can I get a qualification for my opinion? You? :lol: Sorry, but I can't take this seriously anymore. I made my points in the Redux-Board. Read that! Think about it. Stop giving me crap.

    I have different characters on different hives and their loadout is not worth posting it because to some of them I won't reconnect ever and the others will die probably soon anyway. I only posted this because I have too much free time.

    I hate to break it to you, but that's not how the world works. Copying ist standard. If don't have a patent filed or published under a license all you can do is whine about it. What's the problem here anyway? I mean Redux isn't a commercial endeavour...or is it? So stop fanboyism and just enjoy what you favor!

    I agree. Sacriel and his guys are a squad. Everyone of them is an experienced player. They communicate well. That's their strength and that's why I enjoy watching their videos. Btw, sacriels youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/sacriel42

    But those actions should be able to abort. It's quite annoying having to wait for let's say the vault animation to be over till you finally can crouch again.

    Yeah, the rarity of decent backpacks does that to one to the point where I think it's almost too much. I mean in reality there are plenty of big bagpacks available in non military environments. Just got to a military surplus, outdoors or even a bigger department store. I think it might be reasonable to make the military bagbacks spawn in residental areas again. Just make it a rare chance.

    Dude, with like 5 seconds of thinking one should realize that the impact of a few characters personal belongings would not matter a bit. I for my part wouldn't have offered it in the first place but Venthos seems to be a nice guy and won't put the efforts of his loyal from the start player base to waste. Your conspiracy theory was paranoid from the start. Now chill, bro! Go hunt those imported gear!

    Just attacked some guys with an Ural at Elektro power station on the US server. They've killed me earlier near Kamenka. (Nice job, Venthos!) Twice I think. Hence I wanted some payback. Otherwise I wouldn't have attacked. I guess that scared them. ^^

    Just found the coyota someone parked east of cherno in the woods. Drove it through Cherno and crashed wheels by running over some dead bodies near Balota. Blew the thing with one of he Frags in it's gear. So don't look for it there. US server btw.

    The free version of bandicam allows up to 10 minutes of a single recording including a logo.

    Looks interesting. They're gonna use an engine that is currently available and that they own, so they can change it to their needs though. But don't worry! Time can't be stopped. DayZ 2 or whatever will be next is going to be more awesome than everything today and so it will go on.

    You did. They're gonna use the engine of "Take On Helicopters" which is an enhanced Arma2 engine fit it to DayZ. Info is out for weeks now if not more than a month.

    If the Arma2-Controls wouldn't be so bad, there'd be no need for 3rd person view. But as it is, climbing stairs in 1st person can easily get you killed...or really annoyed at least. Aiming off the hip isn't that difficult in real life. As long as your bullet goes where the barrel is pointed at it shouldn't be different in video games. In CoD for example this wasn't the case when moving. So you could stick the rifle up someones nose and pull the trigger...nothing happened mostly. Really pissed me off. Not sure if Arma2 handles this better.

    Stary was a busy place the last hour. Could have easily shot 2 guys but didn't. I'm too nice for this game aparently.
