We actually did this one day on a full server. We walked from the railway station to football field through that actually town area (past police station, bar, piano houses). I was unarmed other wise fully geared and had 3 guards responding to fire. None of us died, some aggresors did die though. It took a bit more than 30 minutes. We also made a walk back to docks past the school. That was actually when we started to get shot at on our way back. also spent hour and half yesterday walking through upper part of berezino (from the tank statue to lower apartments/shop)... got shot two times, killed 5 players trying to take me down while doing my business.. walking.

Game was unplayble just a moments ago as we tried two different servers with my mate and is propably related to this rockets tweet: We got teleported 3 times to same place where we started to play from => not possible to play the game on rush hours. Maybe hive dependent? There was quite a massive lag as actions did take like 5 seconds to something to happen. We decided to log off from time being. Not much point playing just to get teleported to same location you started. Anyone else have same problems right now? If this get fixed on upcoming patch, I think they are focusing on major bugs... that make the game unplayble. -

I had an idea right after I post my message. This assumption is based on that the weapons have conditions like the parts. You might be able to see the weapons condition by inspecting or looking carefully the object (gun). Like you can see difference in badly damaged shirt and pristine shirt. Have someone noticed any difference in guns that you could see by looking at the gun or inspecting it?

I'm starting to believe that the guns (base of them) do have a condition like the parts but for some reason it is not visible on the info box. I think Sacriel and Break did some accuary testing yesterday? (I was not able to watch that twitch video with this bad computer) but they had significant difference on guns. Break was able to land just about all his shot on target while Sacriels gun didin't hit same target just about at all. As long as we dont see the condition of those guns, we need to trial and error which is in good condition and which is not. I hope someone investigates this properly! I don't recall that I've found a accurate m4 yet, even though I've had always pristine parts. Dayz intel is saying that Buttstock MP is 6 times more accurate than the stock one = should have big impact on accuarcy. (sorry for weak english)

Thank you, actually got the same information as I watched the video again. So water takes half the amount stomach space than it gives you water. Eating a pack of rice you want to drink a full canteen of water taking total 1500 space in stomach and giving you 3700+ energy. So it is wise to eat and drink all the while and not all at once as you'll stuff your stomach pretty easily that way. -

A question about the stomach. When you drink water does it fill your stomach as you get a message saying: i feel completly full? And is it possible to stuff your stomach only with water and be starving because of it? Still little confused about how the stomach works :| -

So one sip from canteen is 200 water (1 use = 20%?) and a sip from water pump is 100 water, did I get it right? Very good videos!! -
Removing saline and making ammo much more rare?

Maybe saline should just start your blood to regenerate at full speed instead giving you full health immediality. I can't remember finding saline ever, though. -

Happens. I killed my mate who was fully geared in a grocery store. I had just killed 3 other guys in close combat and the 4th guy was my mate :/ -
How can we make a players life more important than his gear?

Just had my first experience killing other survivors in this standalone (first 30 hours I did not engage against survivors). In the MOD it was only beneficial to kill people and get their gear. Now, after 5 kills, I've not been able to gather anything proper condition gear form those 5 corpses except the gun they had in hand, which seems to be the only thing that does not get ruined when you shoot someone. I like this a lot but I'm not sure if the condition system is working as intended atm. I hear people using ruined stuff like they were in working condition. One thing that I noticed is that ruined pistol mag wouldn't go in to a pistol, so it is working in some area. My question is, is the condition system working fully or not? I guess when it will, it might lower the KOS slowly in time as the possible gear is lost. I'll continue this a little. Of course when you are fully geared there is nothing you need from other survivors and you can KOS as you feel (+as long as you stay alive). Currently the only gear (besides the gun) that stays in pristine condition is ammo, when you empty those ruined mags you get pristine ammo that can be used and you only need 1 or 2 pristine mags which you can fill when needed. For example I had one 30 round mag yesterday which I got from my mate, killed 3 armed survivor with that mag and I gathered 200 pristine 5.56 ammo from those ruined mags. -

Keep also in mind that people can spawn right behind you or near you when they join the server. Especially at high gear spots (barracks, prison). Scouting is good and all but sometimes can mean nothing. There is a sound (loading a gun) that people tend to make when they join in, keep your ears open :) -
Zombies behaviour that been discussed in past few pages came with the hotfix, I think and I'm pleased to see that the issue is being adressed and hopeful about it to be fixed. Razor and those guys behind these patches are doing a great job at trying to improve the mod for us. If I may I would like the Z'ds be more of a threat in the next patch more like they were in 1.7.7. One thing that could make them harder is that they cause to bleed more often... maybe everytime they hit you, you'll start to bleed?

Two things I've countered that are quite annoying: 1) If you pick a weapon from the ground with your action key (mine is binded to wheel scroll) and you have primary weapon it replaces (like it should) the weapon you had in your hand but that weapon you had should be dropped on the ground, right? Not happening, I've tried it few times... ended up losing the gun that I had in hand... it just disappears... lost my m4a3 cco because of that when I accidently pushed the action key and there was another weapon on the ground with no mags, nice. 2) Zombies doing a weird "dance", they get stuck and start going around and around and same time warping there, doing these silly warp loops all over again AND zombies seem to warp/teleport few meters even when running to you or running behind you.... pretty hard to get those headshots when they seem to teleport all over like the zig-zagging isnt' enough. Anyone else noticed this weird moving behaviour with Z'ds?

Dayz database is saying that castles are now military loot spawns, is that correct? I haven't found a one military loot from those (devils castle, rog etc.)
