It makes me laugh so much the the AS50 deathmatch kids say 'go play CoD', most of them are too young to understand irony though. :( So to sum up... The reasons FOR the removal of sniper rifles... The colours in this game are great... Sunrise/set especially but even just in sunny weather I think it looks nice... If you can achieve 60 FPS on high+ settings anyway. xD

I know exactly what you meant, it's the same idea that's been suggested a thousand times before, it's still dumb and will never be implemented. Not sure why you're under the impression that I misunderstood your post, lol. And it was an interview that I saw where Rocket stated that the survivors are immune.

While it isn't a horrible idea, personally, I wouldn't like to see any kind of 'ending' in DayZ. I'd just like to see day to day survival made a little bit more tricky and more end game content.

That's the closest thing I've seen to an argument for sniper rifles being in the game and you pretty much just changed the subject.

Unlike fine wine, stupid ideas do not get better with time. For the last fucking time - NO. The infected are brainless, reduced to primitive instinct by the infection, and they should stay that way... Also, we (the survivors) are all immune to the infection, hence not already being infected.

You need some morphine or you're gonna get stuck with broken legs, lol. The hospital at Berezino's a much safer bet than Cherno or Elektro deathmatch zones. Might be able to find yourself some camo clothing or a ghillie in the apartments over there too. Other than that just the rare stuff - GPS, night vision, etc.

Maybe he didn't have a mic or speak English, but then again he was carrying a gun so it was probably best to put him down. It probably would have been better to watch him for a little while without making contact if he hadn't seen you. Maybe you could have just let him pass.

Yeah, I second this. I didn't use maps for a long time and my first adventures where I went way up north with no idea where I was are my favourite. :)
