Yeah, just find a cow. It gives you 8 meat steaks and each one gives you back 800 blood. I do think you should slowly recover blood over time though. It makes sense...

I think zombies should be able to spawn anywhere on the map. Onbviously much fewer I'm the forests than towns but enough to keep you on your toes, especially if firing a weapon.

The zombies have incredibly poor eyesight and make up for it with hearing, that's why ghillie's etc. don't affect their ability to detect you. I kind of agree about the height profile:sound issues but that's pretty standard video game logic, lol.

This is known as ghosting, server hopping is generally switching servers to get different loot spawns. I'm not sure if either are banable offences, especially not without proof.

i7 870, 8Gb RAM and a HD 6970 2Gb DDR5. I get 50-70 FPS in the wilderness, 30-50 in cities. Playing with all settings on 'high', post-processing effects on 'normal', 720p with 1080p 3D res.

If character customisation makes it in to the game, I think everything should be available to everyone. Over a million people played the alpha mod anyway, so it's not like you'd be speshul. I'd like to see clothing as loot drops. Different hats, glasses, coats, hoodies, jeans, track pants... Whatever. It's realistic that you'd find his stuff while looting houses so why not be able to pick it up in game? It would make it easier to recognise friends too.

I've only played Chernaraus and Lingor, have downloaded Takistan and Fallujah but haven't played yet. Am I missing out?

I think you might have a hard time finding the exact video I saw, I think the main focus was on something else but they talked a bit about the standalone. I saw it here on the forum somewhere and the interviewer was a really, really awkward sounding English guy anyway, lol.
