They aren't free, they've been released on bail, but this is great news. At least they can be with their family and friends again while they wait for their trial.

I prefer to keep the default skin. I always assume ghillie guys are bandits and am much more likely to shoot on sight.

Have you tried disabling hyperthreading? -
Scroll wheel menu - 'save vehicle' will make sure your vehicle and any gear inside survives server restarts.

You can play with ArmA 2: Free and the paid version of Operation Arrowhead if DayZ mod is the only reason you want ArmA. You get slightly lower res textures and sound quality in game this way but it's worth thinking about if you want to save a few quid. Thanks for the info. I'll let Rocket know because as far as he's concerned a date hasn't been set. -

Just type 'pvp' in the host field in filters, I'm sure you'll find a few... Have to say I agree with the guys who said this isn't really what DayZ is about though.

No, it was only there for debugging purposes in the first place. It wasn't intended to be a feature of the game. The weapon icon represents the new 'combat' system. When you fire a weapon, someone fires a weapon near you or a bullet lands near you it will flash red, indicating that you are 'in combat'. You can't leave the game while in combat. It's to stop people from logging out during firefights to avoid death. :) -

Well you should know which server you're banned from because you're unable to join it, lol. Once you know which server you are banned from you can make a ban appeal here and hopefully the server admin will see it and reply. :)

Are you telling DayZ Commander to install into the correct directory? Also, is your ArmA 2 beta version up to date?

That's an admin ban for a specific server, you will have to try to get in touch with server admin and see if they will reverse it. Or of course you could just play somewhere else.

You need to contact server admin, they can probably move you back to shore and wake you up.

Never experienced that. I've accidentaly run off the edge of a deerstand without breaking my legs before, lol. :S I've had 'incidents' with doors and heard about people having problems with stairs, never just general falling damage though.

Jump out of a tree with a bag full of weapons and ammo on your back and we'll see how your legs hold up. xD
