I think the OP has a point. Have I duped? Yes, Do I do it regularly? Maybe. What is the crime in duping a legit item I found, so that when I get hack killed, I can go get another one, until I get hack killed again. I don't die to anyone but hackers.(last legit kill on me was a squad mate, who was fucking around shooting his pistol at my bike, and it killed me.) Do I dupe and give it to friends....no. I say worry about the issue destroying the game before worrying about a guy who wants a security blanket. My funny story comes from a few days ago. My friends and I are headed in our bus to see if the Ural is at it's spawn. We get up there to find no ural,however, in place of the ural is a hackers box FULL of everything. We start by grabbing a shit load of tents, head to an area we deem alright for a new camp, and begin transferring the items we want to the camp. Upon completion, we are saving tents and such when the hacker who dropped the box teles right to the new camp in a tractor, makes us all dance then begins smashing every tent.

Had this happen a few times. Crawl to the steps get as close as you can, start moving the mouse with feet pointed at the steps. It will break your leg/kill you

I have found this to happen if loading into a server within minutes of the server restart.

So I spawn into a server in electro, pop into the convenient, make my way to firehouse. I hear zombies inside, I approach with caution, m4ccosd at the ready. I see a fresh spawn with a hatchet cornered by 6+ zombies. 99 times out of 100, I leave or kill the player to protect myself. This time, I decided, what the hell I will help. Shoot all the zombies, he thanks me over voip, as I keep a careful eye on him. We BS about loot and such, when all of the sudden a guy bum rushes the back door blasting away. My new found friend ducks into the stairs as I open fire wounding the would be bandit. He retreats out the back door, I have been hit bad, 6k blood, broken leg. I hear the ghillie wearing bandit running to the front as I pass out. He comes in, looks towards me, then opens fire on the fresh spawn. I get up just in time, shot this ass in the back of his head 3 times, he falls to the ground dead. As this happens, I am still losing blood, under 3k now, another clown comes rushing in the back door with an AKM, 2 shots to the face drops him. I bandage up, under 500 blood left. Broken leg, 500 blood, axe wielding spawn heads straight for me as I pass out again. I think to myself "fuck me, this is why I shoot everyone I see." He kneels down beside me, I assume to loot my "dead" body. Half way through my pass out timer, I am suddenly awake again, WTF?!?!? DId this guy really just rez me? He then asks if I have blood in my pack, he says "oh never mind I see it. Bloods me up, I morphine myself, and we resume our conversation. He asks if it's alright if he loots one of the guys. As I am already fully geared I tell him to take whatever he wants, just save me some food and drink. I head out the front and leave for cherno...alive.

I am supposed to just stick to the north? I have a camp full of weapons, and ammo. I am good at close combat, not gonna get that at the NW airfield.

How do you figure, I have seen people trade a regular m4 holo for as50, m107. I never said I thought it was worth a chopper, just stated what I am looking for.

Pulled off a dead guy, not legit weapon right? Do I keep it? Trash it? Give it to some survivor on the coast? BTW it rapes. 4v1 near the firehouse in cherno, I won.(they were also bad)

Reason I posted is because I am not "that guy" Had the gun for 10 mins, posted. Sorry I am not up to date on all the weapons that are and are not in the game. I had not seen one before, so I assumed it was hacked. Same guy I also picked up SVD camo, is that legit?

Only real work around losing the gear is doing what everyone else does. Dupe your gear. lol

Go to camp, get gear. Go to city, kill people. Hacker ports everyone to same place. Die, lose gear. Back to camp on my home server, get gear. Go to airfield, kill people. Hacker kills whole server. Go back to camp, get gear, loot my home server since it's empty, get more gear, put it in camp. Go to another server, kill players, get shot in head by hacker, -256k blood..... Post on forums. Is it really this bad for everyone?

Saw the post about huge camp on skal island. Took l85 and 9 ghilies out of a tent. Have them all up for trade. In need of weapons/ammo. Snipers/high end assault rifles.

Difference between being shot in the head, and being killed by a hacker. I know the difference, as most players do. Sooooo...... Most recently, spawn into cherno with my group. Upon loading in I get shot. No bigge. Wait, the rest of the group is now dead, I get ported to thunderdome, we get ported back. obv legit

Low pop....This happens in servers with 10-20 people. Any lower and I would be better off just watching porn all night cause I am not gonna run into anyone.

Got killed with tractor parked in woods, ran back toward tractor saw a guy driving it down. Contacted over coms, let him know what had happened, he gave me the tractor back. I was amazed. Got into my tractor (he was even nice enough to fill the gas up) he starts to run away, grab the m16203 from the gear, packed in a HE round and fraged him as he ran into the woods.
