Hey guys, Bororm's friend here who had the L85 and NVG. Damn, what a fun night in Cherno. I couldn't figure out who had killed me near the base of that wall, nice shot. I was being a little too cocky at that point with running around town and shooting zombies as I went. Hope you enjoyed the L85! Anyway, after Bororm and I managed to respawn near cherno I grabbed a CZ550 off his corpse, though I had no idea it was his. Only two bullets, so I had to make these shots count. Waiting until I could get a clear shot of whoever was on the roof with the sign (evo?), missed my first shot and then NAILED the second one. I got real lucky with that, but damn is it satisfying to make that last bullet count haha. I charged in after that figuring I was safe for a bit and went up to loot the already massive pile of corpses on top of that building. Retrieved a DMR and as I turned the corner there was suddenly a guy standing there prone with a Enfield. It could be the guy you all are talking about, who managed to ghost his way to the top. There is NO WAY he could have snuck up on me otherwise. I unloaded my makarov but I think the body he was hiding behind ate all the bullets. He shot once or twice and I was down for good. I really wish there was some way admins could deal with DC'ers, but I'm betting they won't implement it because it can be easily abused. Respawning again nearby I worked my way to the top with a hatchet, picked up a shotgun but found the top of the building to be empty. Once I hit the top I grabbed an Enfield again, though this time there was no one up there. I heard someone on the ground saying "OH BOY!, OHHHH BOY!" while shooting someone (or me, wasn't sure). I ended up capping him from the top of the building after he killed Bororm again, I think. There was so much happening that night that it's hard to keep track. He must have managed to kill a guy in the mayhem of all this because there were two or three bodies laying in the street. Anyway, later on I was on top of the building with the cylinders and saw a guy climbing the large ladder to the "letters" tower. I shot him 3-4 times, which SHOULD have killed him, and watched him DC. I don't know if he came back ever, but I didn't get a kill for it. Soon after I saw a guy south, laying prone on the ground in the middle of the road. At first glace I thought he was a corpse but I fired a few rounds at him just to be safe. Sure enough, he died. I think I ended up killing EVO 3-4 times that night? Wasn't on purpose, you just happened to be at the wrong place at the right time :P. I'm with Bororm when I say I hate people who alt+f4 and have NEVER done it myself. Dying is a part of the game and clearly I died more than a few times that night. I'll take the cheating accusations as a compliment though, haha. Good fun overall, skirmishes like that are what make DayZ a good time. Especially against some competent players. edit: Oh and that was me who killed whoever it was on the cylinder roof with an AKM. You had a G7 and AKM on you but only shot with the glock. We both went down, but I managed to regain consciousness and bandage myself while you died. I think this was the second time I killed Evo.
