Before I gave you the benefit of the doubt, we're looking for answers not culprits, now I just think you're a douche. I'm done with you. If anybody else wants to be constructive about the general idea of the thread you are welcome to post.

The point of this thread was to raise awareness to what it looks like is a faulty ban system. We're starting from a stand point were we are at fault and need to prove our innocence when there's nothing that proves we are guilty to begging with. Why the "word" of some/one player in your server has more weight than our defense? Whats stopping other people from abusing that system for their own pettiness? As it is right now, everybody is guilty till proven otherwise when it should be the other way around. Yes you're right this is a game, and we are having fun, but this is not drama, this is feedback from the current ban system. This time, nothing really horrible happened, we're just not allowed in your server anymore, but if we keep relying on this system nothing is stopping questionable admins from abusing this rules and just officially state "foul language" without posting any proof, trusting the average user wont be able to prove otherwise.

I was with Kien in vent atm, we are a group of friends that plays together for the most part, we barely have more than 2 weeks playing DayZ and we didn't even know how chat works or ever used it for that matter; after the incident we tested it ourselves later in a different server, but for the most part we don't want or care to talk to other player specially for something as silly as smack talk. Yes you're right, there's plenty of servers out there, which is a shame since we were playing on your server for a few hours and it was great for the most part. We already found another server which seems equally good. We're not fighting for the right to be back, but for the principle behind this and plenty of other "unfounded" accusations. At the end of the day, it was your server and it is our money, and you might think you have the right to decide who you want to play with (apparently not according to the mod devs), but accusing kien of something he didn't do with no more proof that "some people complained"? So if me and my friends go to a server and pickup a random name from the list and tell the admin that the guy is insulting us would he have to ban him just because its the word of 3 vs 1? Great system, I hope it wont get abused... PS: So the guy before you (which i assume is an admin too) says your server has no chat enabled but then you said Kien used the chat to insult people? how does that work?

I'm one of the friends that he is talking about. I don't know if it would help as a time reference to check the logs but I died around 20 min to a guy named Mike before this happen to Kien Thai. We tried to contact in game the admin to no avail, none of us really knows how the chat works. it's a shame because it was a nice server. First time we log into it.
