Thank you Drakken for a mature response. I have yet to call anyone anything negative or insult anyone on this thread (Anyone feel free to correct me anytime), if anything I've been the one receiving the "Abusive language". So for someone to actually come from 1226 and not insult me or talk down to me it means a lot. Thank you. I will reconsider the invitation. Just to clarify: Print Screen does not work for me. (playing non steam version) Print screen just copies the next window on my desktop. When I paste in MS paint it shows my web browser. Those who said I need proof of ban. It's been stated I was banned and then the banned was lifted from admin. Proof I was banned. Along with the other proof of the stated insults sent to me, I do not have Fraps and as just stated Print Screen does not work for me. Hindsight: If I or anyone was banned for an appropriate reason/s and makes a post about it, Proof/logs should be presented asap from either or both parties to squash the situation instead of letting it drag on. Reading this thread as if I were a 3rd party just results in my friend's, the server, the admin's of the server, the Core clan who calls the server home, anyone who plays there often and myself's reputations through the dirt and no evident information on who was at fault. Just a lot "here-say" and our names are still in the dirt. Clearing my friend's and myself's name: I present a friendly yet personal challenge to anyone from 1226. Prove me a fool, show everyone reading this that I am guilty. Logs do exist for a reason. I will still be 100% fine If nothing is presented whether it is due to you being fed up with me or just don't have anything to back up the ban. My friend's who may seem aggressive in my defense were only doing so after I was insulted. This challenge is more to clear their names and is the least I can do since they came to my aid. This or any other post I've made is not an attempt to troll or insult anyone(even though I've been accused of such things on this very thread), this is however an attempt to END THIS. Literally what I said when I came back in and kicked was what was posted. Asking Why I got kicked is rude? Quoting "Why was I kicked and told to "go play cod"" is rude? Asking Why I got kicked again is very Rude? You pay and run the server on your own dime and whole heartily respect that and would never try to insult you as an ADMIN or a person. This is a "fact", I was never rude or used abusive language. Barely used Group chat in my whole dayz life and everything I said in group chat is literally what I've posted on this thread. Prior that, you had some complaints about my behavior? Is this my language? My play style? My name? Didn't used Group chat until I got kicked(nor did I ever once touch the direct chat key), so cant be that. Camped in bushes or barracks most of the time there and only got into a gun battle with one other person where it lasted for a whole 20 secs and I think we both died. I don't even battle log in PVP. I die why to much and I literally give most my gear to friends cuz I know I will die. It sad that you lost potential legit players who've been gaming with each other for years all because what? I guess you only know the real reason.

So.. I've already moved on but just curious, what is the point to the Ban Appeals if nothing seems to be resolved here? I read some other post and some have vids of their abuse bans but I don't see much resolved. Just verbal firing back and forward if anything. Also since I got banned for pretty much doing absolutely nothing except I assume looting a body of the admin or clan members with the admin how do I prove my innocence? Assume I disregard the mentioned above of the Admin telling me to go play COD and then telling me to GTFO. What if I just said I was banned and have no idea why. How would one go ahead and prove this? Is there a system in place where some one reads these threads and then investigates? Isn't in this case and many other cases the proof of innocence is just the result of No proof of justified banning? Now what happens? Thanks Kien

I understand the proof idea but at the time I didn't even think of attempting to screen or fraps mainly because I did absolutely nothing wrong. The idea of being banned was as far out there as if expecting jesus to walk into the room. Though being open minded this should be a two way street. Proof should be provided when someone is banned. Police officers can't arrest you for no reason right?

Was playing here most of the day on 7/27/12. Made my way to the NE airfields solo while my friends were working their way up to me. Did a lot of camping, running circles, died, ran back, the normal stuff. Friends got into a gun fight so I decided to head south to help. Came across a body with some nice gear (SVD and a M4A1 CCO), got everything I could fit into my bag and took about 5 steps. About 9:20pm Eastern time, got kicked. Literal message from admin was "go play COD". ok... logged back in and asked in Group chat (never really used chat before so I dont even know if it works) "why did I get kicked by admin with the message of "go play cod"?" Kicked again. this time admin message said "GTFO" Try logging in again and now i get banned with admin reason being "Abusive language"..... Admin on atm was "....deadlycheese...." So I've only used Group chat like once weeks ago. All day today except that one time I asked, I was on Ventrilo with my friends. never used Direct chat or group chat any way or how. FYI, lost the SVD when i logged back into another server. so Good job if I looted your body and u were upset admin.
