Well it's a good thing that you didn't kill the guy that saved you :P Cause that happened to me once,i saved one dude and he just got me.. Anyways,you will have many good expiriences bro,until you start kos.Then,you will have just to be the fastest and the most accurate guy :P

Random generated diaries in non ex player bodies will be a good idea,but would be boring cause it will be hard to add a lot of diferent stories each time!But each player should have his own diary,having a generated touching story as you said,that will have his stats,like "i had to kill 5 guys...i had to..i didnt know witch one was the bandit..i couldnt risk it." something like that,using the players stats to generate a story...but i think that this is too hard to make it :P

i have it sometimes,i think you have to wait,walk around and try again,worked for me :/

i usualy avoid zombies cause i end up dying from players that heard me shooting,but my most kills so far are 140-150,in a character that survived until Day 8(i know,realy few for so many hours of gaming:P but i play with a group,so they get some kills too) In my current character,brand new,i have 40-50 kills,all of them with my sweet hatchet!

well my guide is Spawn-loot elektro/cherno/balota airfield-camp (wich of this places is closer to you)-have the basic stuff(morphine,bandages,food,water,and a gun)-Head north to obtain some SWEEEET loot

there is allready ann animation for that,you just have to press the correct buttons i think,i dont know exactly cause i havent searched it a lot.but thats already in the game

we had no morphine on us,just some beer :P

i've never quit during a fight. i was with my clan,i was on day 8,had REALLY good gear and we went to NW airfield.3 of us,we all had really good equipment,and we had full blood and stuff.we encounter group of 6 guys,all of them in the military outfit,all of them with snipers,same amount of dmr mags,same secondaries and same loot in their backpacks(hackers or really organized group)they were in the control tower(thats how it's called? :P ).One of my guys shot one of them that was on the top,we saw only 2 first.so one of us went through the front door,the other climped the ladder,and i stayed hidden,watching our asses.The guy we killed disconnected right after he died,my friend got the kill though.and while we were watching them,we saw he had a sniper rifle,like his friend.The other guy was trapped at the middle floor.Then the weirdest thing happen,as soon as i tried to go to my guys i notice 2 guys spawning on the roof.i ran up the ladder and headshoted one.meanwhile my guys killed the guy in the second floor,and i ran at the second floor with on of my guys,while the other one was running to hide cause zombies were on his ass.(he bled to death :P ) we had 2 enemies dead,and one over us.he came down the stairs and bam,he is down..disconnected right after his death..then 3-4 guys started spawing next to us,and on the stairs,we killed all of them.They didnt disconnect so we had a pile of bodies to loot :P We stayed there cause i had broken legs,and no morphine,and we just placed all the loot at the second floor and i layed down watching the stairs,while my friend was on the roof.We had 3 of our guys making their way to us,to pick up the loot and help me :P After 15 minutes my friend disconnected to grab something to eat,so i was just alone there,watching the front door..and then the door opened..i saw 3 survivors with AKs,i quickly rolled behind the stairs,poped my gun and killed one..gues what!he disconnected!I shot at the second one,and he disconnected as soon as my first bullet landed next to his legs..the 3d one just spammed his gun in,and he got me,i started bleeding and i passed out,he finished me off from close range..still,i didnt disconnect..he played fair and he deserved my loot.even if i spent a lot of time to obtain it..when my friend came back it was too late,everything was gone..my dead body was not there,the hide it with the other dead bodies i hide earlier..I have to admit it,this is the best expirience i have so far in gaming..it was so intense..some pussies disconnected,but still,they disconnected after their death,not during the fight. that is sad,but i respect it more than disconnecting as soon as you get shot,even if the other guy missed

Some times playing safe doesn't work cause after a while you have the feeling that you're safe,and then BAM you're dead.happened to me,i was looking for food in a small village,night time,i was heading to my clan.i had no good stuff,just my lee enfield,but i was trying to be stealthy cause i didnt want to waste 30 minutes of running north..i found a can of food,ate it,and then headed to my guys..i was out,in the woods,when i saw a flare in front of me, and then a random dude with an ak shot me and killed me..and i was in a forest,i was far away from a street or a town.he prob had a camp nearby and thought i was a threat.so playing safe doesnt help..playing clever though,it helps..

my past lives.. Ended dead in all of them. That's what matters.Not that a hacker killed you,or a camper,or an extra stealthy zombie-cousin of Mike Tyson,you died,i died,we all died.And we will keep dying.Cause thats the game!And everytime we die we learn a new lesson.Like "shoot first ask later",or "running with a flare in hand is stupid"..every death is a new life,so yeah,try to enjoy it !

I'm new so it could be something known to everyone,but go to the medical camp at Cherno,climp on the tall tower and try to glitch your view and see in the tower.BAM,right there at the bottom,a picture of santa smoking (big fat joint?:P) As i said,you may know it already,but me,as new here,i found it hilarious :P

haha,i found it randomly,in my first days of dayz :P i was with a friend,trying to overwatch some survivors looting the camp,we are not bandits so we just hide and had our eyes on them.and then i glitched my view,and laughed really hard xD it was so random and funny!

they will make it look like minecraft,you know,blocky and stuff

you should always carry 2 morphines with you,and everytime you use one you should have as a quick goal to loot a hospital and take more morphine.never go far from a city if you have no morphine on you.even if you survive from zombies,you never know when a lag spike will throw you off a barn's stairs and break your legs.now,try to crawl,or ask someone for help.don't give up,dont waste your time running north again

i'm playing on my clans server,a regular one.I can see my buds on the map as blue dots but only when they are close to me ,even if i dont have visual contact.I dont know if it's a bug or not,but sometimes i dont see them

play with other youtubers,famous or not,having 4-5 channels playing together shares subs!Plus you can do role playing series,they're always fun to watch :P

when i first started dayz i liked that idea.now,almost 2 months later,i know it sucks.cause it's better to trade with other and not be sure if you will survive of not.BUT what i'd like to see,is forts.Buildings like castles that you can just barricade yourself in and defend your position.I know that someone could just camp on the roof and snipe around,but there should be zero loot spawns next to him.plus the fort will have a vunerable area that can be breached and stuf..it's like a safe zone that's not really safe :P you can go in a firestation and close the doors but anyone can just open them.being able to lock them though,makes the place a bit safe

I think that people talked about that in the forums again!but i suggest it either way:P I know that you can drag others when they're wounded and stuff..but you cannot drag them when the die,right?that's a bit unfair cause they could be usefull :P Using bodies to decorate your base would be awesome,being able to make your place look so hardcore!It's not that others will be scared,but the looks of it will be awesome!!That means that there sould be a way to get rid of the flies :P

dont give up dude,just crawl to the closest town!you never know,you may come across someone that will help you or kill you,or even manage to craw; to a hospital and get some morphine!never go on travels without morphine on you though!

.How long you have been playing -I've been playing for a month .How often do you play -I play almost 3-4 every day,but when my job and college starts i'm gonna play 2-3 times per week .Why you have chosen that lifestyle -Cause it came naturaly to me!I'm a "bad survivor".not a bandit,but not an inoccent survivor !I kill when i have to,but i can kill if someone picks up something i need,i'm not gonna ask for it cause simply he will not give it .What drives you to play like that -My instincts!I don't think,i just act .A normal session in DayZ for you -Log in,join my group and go loot places around us,prolly get shot and need medical asistance,have a good fight,get supplies and then head to the woods and log off .Has this game affected aspects of your real life -Nope .What made you choose DayZ -I like games like that,i like post apocalyptic games.I'm a big fan of the fallout series,and i wanted something good and realistic.I've played L4D,Dead island and COD's zombie mods,but they're all just shooters,run around and kill zombies.So i watched a couple of youtube vids,and i knew i'll lie dayz.Plus,i had arma II free and i liked it .Why you play DayZ -For the same reason that i got it .How you feel the team has done with the game -Well it has a lot of bugs and glitches,but they did a good job.It's still a mod,so we cant judge them,just wait for the standalone version .The impact of Hackers/ scripters -I've died from hackers,miles away from any other player.I don't really care.I had good loot,but there was no way to find my body.Still,i didn't care,it's just how the game goes.Other games have aimbots and wallhacks,this has teleportations,weapon spawning and instant kills.Hackers will always be around If you have stopped playing or thinking of stopping, why -I'm gonna stop playing only if i have a problem i real life,or if they made us pay a fee in order to play,like monthly and stuff
