last time i went to green mountain with a dew there was a guy in the entrance of the tower and he attacked me with an axe.my m14 aim was faster and more accurate,but i drunk the god forsaken drink and left.i died 2-3 days later,from a bandit that stopped with his suv 800m away from me and shot me with an as50 while i was running to krasnostav.he just got in his car and drove away,it was like he came just to kill me..

it's an episode from season 5,airing around 2009-2010,and it's on the screen for like 3 seconds in total,i dont think it's a reference,just a funny coincidence

So this post is just an area for all the bandits to share our "betrayal" stories.Either you betrayed someone,or someone betrayed you,feel free to share it! This is my latest story: So me and a friend were playing on Fallujah.We were bandits,we both had camo clothing on hiding our true skin,and we were full geared.Coyote backpacks,he had an as50,i had a dmr,and he had an fn fal and i had an m4a1 cco sd.we had meds food and more guns and mags in our car.We were not kos unless the other guy has a bandit skin or he makes us feel uncomfortable.So we get in our car and head out of the airfield,going to the north camp(fob) while we notice 2 chopper crashes.both without zombies,so he disembarkes and he moves on the crashes while i drive around trying to spot players and attract zombie aggro as they spawn.the crashes where about 100 meters next to each other,so while we were looting the first one,a guy went to the other.He was unarmed and he was getting hit by zombies.i drove there while my friend killed his zombies.i bandaged him and gave him a blood transfusion and i took him in the car.i drove back to my friend and i said to that guy to come out so we can give him a gun and he can roll with us,i thought that saving his ass after a 10 minute run will make him gratefull but i was wrong.he changed in driver's seat and started the engine,he was dead seconds later.and then he bitched in the chat about us killing unarmed players...We wasted some ammo,a bloodbag and our time to save his ass and he just tried to steal our shit.

I'm one day too early,but i dont care :P Since everyon is like "oh valentine's,time to be sweet and romantic" i created a song about all of us dayz gamers that broke up with their gf's or are forever alone!It's humoristic,and keep in mind i'm not a singer,so don't judge my shitty voice!Enjoy!(?!)

So after a forum search i did i saw that lots of guys had the idea of getting a trophy for every kill,make it a body part,or dog tags,or something similar.I dont really support the idea,but i'd like to have a way to show how many guys you killed,to yourself but to others as well.Wearing a necklace or having some dogtags will just promote killing on site just for the jewllery.So i thought something that may sound stupid,but it could be nice.Every time you kill someone(player,zombie or both) you use a piece of chalk and you make one line on your weapon's stock,you know,one "I" for every kill,and at every fifth kill you draw one "/" line over the past four.the number should stay on the gun if you drop it or if you die and someone else gets it.The drawing should not be automatic though,when u scroll your mouse,you will have an option saying "count kills" or something,and then it add all your kills on the stock,and then an option "look at stock" to see the kills. If not on the stock,you should count your kills on the back of your backpack or something That's not important to guys that just join,kill,die,repeat,but i really like it.For example,before my other account got banned for no reason,in the main hive i had a guy alive for a loooooong time,with full gear,and i had lots of murders and bandit kills,cause i was roaming the north side of the map,daily trips from nwaf to d castle,then neaf,then back to nwaf,just for fun.after debug was gone i had no way to count my kiills.Plus,we need to show to other players our "skills",so noobs will think twice before trying to kos a guy saying "friendly" with a murder count of 20+

yeah,i think he did!i don't know how hard it is to add it in the game,but i'd really like to be able to collect dead guys' diaries and then sit next to a fire in the woods and read them,then write my own story on my own diary etc

When you look on your (phone's) map and then look around to see your marker When you try to find a pair of nvg's just before the sun comes down When you wear the same clothes until you find camo clothing or a guillie When you go through a door and inside your head you're praying not to break your legs.

If you are using Windows 8 (i have windows 8 64) 1 Right click on DayZcommander 2 Go on properties 3 Go on the compability tab 4 Tick the "run in compability mode" box,and from the dropdown list select windows seven 5 Click apply-ok etc 6 Then right click on DayZcommander again and select "run as administrator" It should be working now,that's what i did.if you are not running windows 8,then just do the last step.If it's still not working,then i cant help you,maybe contact dayzcommander support

it's a humoristic valentine's song.i dont know about you but my facebook feed is full of crap like " <3 <3 <3 I love my valentine" ,so i decided to make something funny for all of us that will spend the 14th of february playin DayZ :P plus they high pitched part lyrics are "It's valentine's day and you are alone,it's valentine's day and i'm alone,let's meet at polana,and got loot northwest airfield together,and be good friends" xD

win7 or 8?on 8 i had to run it in comp mode(windows 7) and as admin

lot's of ACE mod helps,or at least it helped me practicing my shooting.playing against deadly ai's that will shoot you 100%,helps a lot to learn how to take cover,peek,shoot,use smoke and other stuff to move and kill or escape.Other than that,play wasteland or other plain pvp mods/missions.now,for in-game practice,shooting animals and zombies from 500-800 away is the best way as you said.if you are playing with a team,camp in elektro or cherno with a gun and save new spawns.clear their ass from zeds,and shoot anyone that tries to kill em.You will practice your team skills,and your aim since you will try to hit zombies but not the guy you are saving!

i dont know since when you play dayz,but i play it since april.back then "friendly" actually had a meaning,and most of the guys that tried to kos were noobs that are too scared to talk.and since it was something new,me and my clan were trying not to aggro every zombie in the map.surviving on chernarus is not hard if you know what you're doing.plus,as i mentioned earlier,me and one clanmate cleared the nwaf from 8 guys,they all ran in the control tower,making it easier for us to attack.we rushed openingn fire,2 m4's shooting while they were busy disconnecting,it looked like they were server hopping to snipe players in the af.we killed 5 of them and then the remaining 3 as they were running down to our floor.these guys had EVERYTHING.so the rest of my clan came with the car and we loaded everything in,we were all fully geared.so we were sorted.we didnt need to loot anymore,we were just playing for 2-3 hours everyday,gathering zombie kills and looking for vehicles,we always had bloodbags epipens and morphine on us so we made sure noone dies.

Part 2(and last part) of me and my friend roaming fallujah,being bandits but helpful to innocent people. I chose the easy way out,i didn't want to get eaten by zombies,at least not alive

@sakka i really support the idea of a diary,i mentioned it in another post that i'd like to have a small notebook or something that we can use to write stuff,store our map and write important coords or smthng

noone gave up after saying "drop it or you're dead" to me.only one guy did,but just cause he had an empty gun-.- rest of em just tried to kill me.also,i had been a hostage once,i was riding my bicycle and i came across 5 guys with rifles killing zombies.they let me ride with them(after i dropped my gun) and then we got ambushed by 2 guys in a hospital.half of "my group" died,and i got my ass almost fucked by dragging a wounded guy to safety,and then using a dead guy's enfield to clear the area.then i bloodbaged the heavily wounded guy and i got shot on the head from his friend cause i was saying friendly but my fast double pressing of caps lock didnt work :(

i can fap to everything,trust me xD and i didnt say scoreboards,i said notes on your gun or backpack or something.it'll look more badass and show that your character went through lots of stuff etc

yeah,but it's different to be a bandit cause you killed a hero that stole your car or loots your tent,and being a bandit cause you and your buddy cleared nwaf from 8 fully geared enemies.as i said in my second post (and i think i mentioned it in the op) yes,it's to show off as well

well so far if you kill me in-game when i play alone you'll get a coyote full of food xD anyways,blood should regenerate through time.your character will be slow and dizzy until blood reaches a good 8k or something.have you ever donated blood?i had to donate 2 bags for my cousin,you feel dizzy and stuff,but i didnt eat 5 cows to be good again :P after some times your blood is back up.so they should add a blood regeneration thingy,and to make it hard,it could be 200 every 10 minutes(you play).if you dc you stay at the blood you are
