i bought arma 2 CO for this game, i will buy the standalone, but if i have to get an international creditcard and pay this each month i will just get away from this game, i am poor, and 5 pounds is like 30 bucks here, and that money each year is like 360, thats a lot of money that i dont have also, destroying other people real stuff is not cool dude, but losing a fake char even that u spent hours is ok, u can rearm urself easily in here

also, this only bug fixing thing is making matters worse for players like, i have nothing to do, i have everything and i am not that keen into pvp although killing on sight, i need something to do, not just plain survival that bores me to death. so when is he going to stop fixing bugs and implement the nice stuff that we wish

dude, rocket works at bohemia, he wont change the engine, its his bosses engine, also the game will be made by bohemia so they use their own engine.

well, i get one feeling from the dayz dev team, they have their own briefing and ideas, they only get this sugestions topic to let people waste hours in here getting interested, and sometimes they can read here or not, like they dont even give a crap to suggestions from the users, its a waste

also, just like quabs said, most of the time, people get killed by bandits without even noticing, also the probability of seeing the same guy a second time is small, and encountering other players now is still a very slim chance in this map -
@Riordin, thats the strategy Max Brooks defends in his books, low profile and not get killed, in a way we are free to use it if we want, this scenario is almost the interpretation of his two books, world war z and zombie survival guide

i thought maybe a system that could emulate karma could make both sides different, so that could benefit bandits to what they want, like more action, and to survivors to benefit their other playstyle -
oh yeah another idea, no more killing could be resolved by an advantage like more luck to find stuff for friendlies, this could be "unrealistic"... yeah, karma, karma is a bitch

well, i just think maybe identification, or clan functionality would solve these issues, but maybe the game is just about survival, and all is included in survival.

well, i think morale discussion should have included ethics, but if you just want to add moods and depression its not morale, its more like ego and stuff, dunno. but i think you could change the name of this new feature.

well i just think that for every server is not good, players like myself never stay in one server the entire time, not hopping, but also not favorite either, i think that maybe if it could be first identify which are the reasons players kill each other: fear, etc and why players form groups: etc. and then we could see into the future, clan functionality and bases implemented with trade, this trade and bases could be related to survivors and bandits, so survivors do not deal with bandits nor trade, but bandits have factions or clans inside themselves that fight between themselves, survivors could too, but they would fight, i think the ultimate weapon to fight banditry is not trading(the future, as rocket said in the interview) with them or selling for higher prices, but i think that the diference and to identify each other must be a visual cue, like scars, or other clothing. many ideas mashed up, but for now i would go back for the bandit skin stuff with some variation like a blue attire or even a brown one -

only problem, loot like hell would be needed, not only to fill your ALICE but also your duffle bag depending in the size, i myself carry three clips plus food for me for days in the game, in the backpack some medical stuff plus more food, i dont think its needed more space, we already have a lot, just dont put any guns in your backpack if your a medic -

one answer, why dont you actually go to more interesting topics like bases instead of wasting your IQ in this matter that was never a problem, now go back to your server and i hope for everyones sake that u get killed, banned for 2 hours and killed again when you spawn, so no more dayz for you. -
interesting ideas, but most stuff you are complainig is related to the engine itselg, not the mod, i hope with the new engine we can ge better, or by becoming standalone we can keep the best stuff of this engine and prioritize our needs

dude, just a small fishing boat in some places wrecked in the shorelines, and maybe in the open field could be a small totally wrecked car with stuff indicating someone you lived in it, but no, its not a good idea because it backtracks to the idea of bases that have not been implemented yet, and we are all civilians, the probability stuff of another skin spawning and storyline is useless. no backtracking, keep it as it is, and only think about things you can do, no backstory -

well, imagine you stranded in the sea with two more people, only one bottle of water, what do you do? in situations like this is that normal moral form society cannot be put into rule, its a natural order to eat or be eaten so only the strong can survive in nature, but in a society with controled violence we can subjugate all citizens so that all, even the weak can survive. thats why u will end up with no humanity at all, i would even go with canibalism if it was implemented in the game, meaning that only the less humane players would survive, especially groups would, so each region would have few zombies and in the end, you would make people be inhumane just to avoid zombies also, which moral and political view are you aligned to? moral should be related to each individual POV, not a bullshit know all, total good crap that imposes itself as right. -
Sugestion: lower the death penalty, so that high gear players do not become so scared of pvp with their main chars. it could be lose random gear, or you could just be not changed at all, but maybe those people could be given something to do in the game that didnt involve many strangers just my thoughts

it would not work because nobody would care, the murder skin was better because you could see the murderer, and without a easy to identify stuff without too much bother the player is afraid of anyone, also u should play with friends and be wary of strangers, just shoot them -
also we need more cars theyre stupidlt too rare, ive spent one week searching for one and can only find broken atvs
